Theoretically my review is ZERO STARS .....However; cannot leave review without selecting "Star". Please save your dignity, time, and money! I visited at 12:07 p.m , Store was NOT BUSY, oddly, since it is lunch time. Only 2 cars in drive thru. Only one couple in Dining room. Dining room filthy, literally every table was dirty, drink station filthy as well. And only 2 drink choices, Coke Zero, and Coke, which I cannot drink either of these. Restroom disgusting. Employee walks out bathroom after using the toilet, and walks straight out restroom without washing her hands and immediately returned to front counter to take next customer order. I ordered Original Chicken Sandwich Combo, Medium , with NO Salt , Sweet Tea. Was told they don't have Sweet Tea. My fries were cold and salted. My bun was a Whopper "Top" bun cut in half. Half on top of my Sandwich and other half on bottom. When I asked for my receipt, was told "we don't give receipts". I explained that I am dissatisfied with my Chicken sandwich not having the correct bun and requested a refund, they refused. They did not inform me about the bun issue beforehand. Read moreDONT GO HERE !! lets start off with how it took 45 minutes for them to make 3 whopper juniors and a regular burger with bacon ..which turn out we didn’t even get,in fact nobody got what they asked for and if we paying for something then we gone expect to get it right ? so idk why it was such a shock that we wanted what we paid for and not only that somebody actually was trying to help us to get our food it was a white man not being rude just didn’t catch his name but anyways as he’s asking a lady can they fix my sister burger or give us a refund ,the lady sitting up there acting slow like she don’t hear him just staring in our face with a stink attitude … so eventually they gave my sister her food and it was still wrong after 25 more minutes like that’s so stupid we didn’t even get our whopper juniors either we got some impossible burgers and what ever else they wanted to through on there and then the man tried to call the manager up there to help us cause he knew the women in the front had a attitude they manger responded to him “for what”???? if a employee say he need a manager why does it matter why just come see what he need … 0-10 would not recommend...
Read moreI had such a wonderful experience this morning. Such great costumer service. I hadn’t had a great costumer service experience in a long time. This is what happened. I was on my way to the hospital to see my handicap sister that was hospitalized a few days ago. I stopped by the Burger King in Breaux Bridge LA for breakfast because I normally stay all day with my sister. Well, I was cheerfully greeted by Robert. He says welcome to Burger King how may I help you. I gave him my order with specific instructions on how I wanted my sandwich. Then I proceeded to ask him for grape jelly and a knife. He said they didn’t have knives, so I asked if he had a spoon. He said yes. He said drive up to the window, and greeted me with a smile and handed me my order. I paid for my order and told him he had such great customer service. He was excited to serve me. That just made my day a little brighter. Great customer service. I wish I could have recorded our interaction. I wish you would hire him to train all your employees. Corporate really needs to notice him. Thank you Robert for a wonderful experience. Keep shining bright.
