Read moreIf I could give this location zero stars I definitely would. Set here for roughly 20 minutes. Waiting for my box of Joe. The manager was sticking around looking directly at me. Then finally one of the one of the people asked me what I was waiting for. When I said a box of Joe they just walked over and pulled a knob to dispense a box of Joe. Took 2 minutes to dispense the box and 2 minutes to grab the materials. The cups the sugar. The creamer completely wasted time. The manager with the ringing, his nose and the long man bun obviously doesn't know what he's doing. When I asked to talk to the manager the guy said the one with the nose piercing and man bun was him. And the one with the attitude was the manager. Didn't appreciate it, will be avoiding...

My more detailed review is on the Nextdoor app. In summary, I came back to this Dunkin' after a neighboring restaurant ignored a legally Blind man with a guide stick, the manager at this Dunkin' was not interested in allowing me to order some food and enjoying it fresh. He, like the others, would rather serve DRIVERS WITH CARS ONLY than care for ALL customers!
Shameful.
I don't know who will join me, but I am BOYCOTTING that particular location until a formal apology is received and EQUAL service is returned to ALL customers.
