I ordered food yesterday and I personally can't have any spicy food I can't touch I can't consume it.......whatever spice they put on there I can't so I ordered and the person with me ordered they mixed up my order and put spices on it. I called at 855 when I got home with order and told the young lady you mixed up my spices I need my order remade because I can't eat it. She told my long story shortcall back tomorrow. I call today and the manager tells me wel did you keep the food you can't touch in the refrigerator so you can bring it back(mind you the girl never said that the day before). So I just spent $70 on food and the manager tells me it's f'd up because me and my wife the face of the company and there is nothing I can do and the owner will tell you the same thing. Now I wasn't asking for a refund just replace what I couldn't eat and I told him that or give me a % off my next order for yall screw up. Read moreIn between jobs I had the taste for Seafood. I visited the nearest convenient location before returning to work. After waiting 20 mins after arriving at said delivery time. I get to work to find my food is cold, appears to be old, definitely unclean ( see pictures). I called to report my concerns & was asked to bring the food back for it to be replaced. My expectation when ordering food is QUALITY! Nothing about this visit was pleasing. Down to the request to leave work bring back food that should have been hot & satisfying to begin with. Needless to say, I was unable to leave work to obtain eatable food so I will starve after spending $ 62 for leftover seafood. I had my second experience today and I decided to get some for my mum. Oh my goodness! I don’t want to over exaggerate, but this was so disappointing. We wanted to break our fast and the poor old lady was starving💔. The corn tasted stale and sour, like it was leftover from a previous day. The shrimps were overly cooked, and the broccoli and the entire tray was salty. 😩 It was a waste of money! We leave quite far and I couldn’t take it back to the store.
