This is one of the worst Sonics I’ve unfortunately been to. It’s close to the area I stay in, so it’s easier for me. However, after several failed attempts with order accuracy, horrible customer service and long waiting periods, this will be my last time using the mobile app at this location if I even return to this this store. I enjoy the various slushes. They are so flavorful and refreshing especially when my preferred flavors (strawberry & peach) are mixed together. Sonics slushes are addicting and great any time. Which is why I was disappointed with my last experience. I placed the order using the app prior to my arrival. Generally, receiving your order is pretty immediate so the wait is minimal. After waiting a bit, I pressed the stall button to make sure my slush was on the way since I had been waiting a while though the other stalls were all empty and only one car in the drive thru. The guy responded it’s coming and disconnected. No greeting.. no apology. Another few minutes passed still nothing. I drove around to the drive thru window and politely asked for a refund since I could no longer wait for my ONE drink. I was looked at and addressed by the worker as if I was an inconvenience or did something wrong to them. There was no confrontation just a refund request made. The window got shut on me without concern as I was made to wait another 5-7 mins for a receipt that stated zero. If I was a rude or irate customer than I would understand the mishandling of a customer, but that wasn’t the situation. Golden Customer service creates lifelong customers. The male worker I assume was the shift mgr. and the young lady at the window was clueless to that. I’ve received inaccurate orders in the past, but it didn’t stop me from coming back. Read moreI'd rate 0 stars if I could, we waited for 10 minutes in the drive-thru. All the cars kept honking trying to get someone's attention to take their orders then all drove around. We pulled up to push red button it took another 10 minutes. Finally we ordered and paid. Over 30 people pulled up and drove off because they were not getting their orders taken one lady had been their way before us and she finally left she had been there for 40 minutes waiting on someone to take her order....we waited for another 40 minutes for our food. People who had shown up after us were getting their food and drinks. By the time we got our food it was cold and they had brought out the wrong slushies....so she had to go back and another 5 minutes went by and we finally got our correct slushies. We would of left sooner however we had paid and could not get any workers attention because there was only one worker running food and she seemed extremely lost and confused. Finally someone else showed up to work however she was just as confused and lost... absolutely horrible DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS SONIC this was our first visit at this Sonic and we will never be going back. To wait for over 1 hour and our food be completely cold,have other people w who arrived after us getting their orders first,how over 30 people drove off because they had not been waited on...and how many orders including ours they got wrong....
Read moreWent and ordered 2 meals; a #1 single cheeseburger wit fries and a cherry limeade. And a #2 double cheeseburger no tomato with tots and a lemonade slush. I am ALLERGIC to onions. What i received was a #1 with tots and onion and no tomato with a sorry excuse for a cherry limeade. And the #2 had tomato. Called the store 6 times seeing as how i already had pulled off after having to go to the window to get my fries. Call #5 was answered and immediately hung up no words at all. Call #6 was answered to which i explained the situation and my frustrations since i already had to return one item for another. He huffed and offered to remake it but i was already 5 miles away. I asked for a refund to which he said he’d issue IF came back. I asked why i had to come back when i could just give the check number. He reluctantly took my check number and supposedly issued a refund. I then asked if he was the manager to which he responded yes and i told him how i didn’t appreciate him ignoring my calls and later hanging up on me. Then asked how ate orders coming out wrong when i saw him with my own eyes working the line. He then of course hung up on me.
