McDonald's — Restaurant in Bremen Township

Hello, I've been going to this mcdonalds since it was Ronald McDonald play house with the bridge across to the other store. I came in today because I feel when I ask for fresh fries I dont get them. When I walked in the smell was not appetizing. As I waited for the fries to come up I watched an employee look for something to do. Said employee grabbed a rag and barely wiped down something, went to take an order, and went back to the fries. Said employees are now touching the rag, the computer, and now trying holder, and now the fry holder where you mist attach bag so fries can slide now, then touching the bag itself with open hands with fries in box touching the top of her hands. I asked to speak to Manager on the side because it wasnt a big deal just wanted to make him aware. His immediate response was, " You may not see it but we have a timer to wash our hands every 1hr". Wow so much happened in he 10min I was there and you all are only washing your hands every hr? I stated regardless of the timer you cant have employees moving from 1 station to the other without washing their hands. He said he'd be on top of it but I don't believe it will get taken care of. The young Manager was friendly. I never go in but seriously need fresh no salt fries as I battle gastro issues. So I wanted to ensure I got what I paid for. I think washing hands should be made a bigger deal, having sanitizer around. But to touch dirty rags, counter screens and then handle food? That's a no no in anyone's book. I am sad to report that this franchise was reported to the owners for 3 things. 1. Ignoring me and another customer for 10 minutes while they only served drive up customers. 2. The construction fencing is still in place making it impossible for anyone who is not driving to order food and eat it fresh. 3. The other customer tried to use the bathrooms and they were still inaccessible.

Added notes, I was walking with my blind guide stick out and in full view. Approximately a month ago, after uber eats delivered a breakfast order 90 minutes late, this manager and I came up with dining outside for those of us who are not in cars.

Sadly, that must have "fallen on deaf ears. " 😟

UPDATE: JUNE 6TH, 2021.

As a family member of mine insisted on going this McDonald's as it is the closest to our house, the construction fencing remains. The fries were not even good enough for a family dog, and the order was WRONG!

WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE FRANCHISE OWNERS? A report has been filed by me on this location on June 2nd when all this started.

Is going to take civil action to make a change at this franchise location?

I truly wish there was an option for 0 or negative stars for this location right now.

The sad part is, McDonald's as a whole, should not be paying any price such horrible management at this location.

I pray that "true" resolution can be made sooner rather than later.

I come here almost every night at about 2-2:30am after work, I always have a good experience.. every night my food is fresh I get exactly what I want on my McDouble since I get the same thing about every night. Unless there is a female working, this is the worst, every time I have to repeat what I want on my burger and usually do an extra time just so they get it right well at least so I believe they will but they don’t, every time there is a female working the night shift my food is cold, my fries are soggy and disgusting, and my burger is never right. I mean what possibly could be so hard about “ONLY CHEESE AND PICKLES” even being said 2 or 3 times. Every single time there’s either ketchup added or no pickles. Last time I said it at least 4 times I come home and the tag says only cheese and ketchup like really I said cheese and pickles only like 3 times... I take a bite and it’s only ketchup and onions like seriously... how hard is it to throw ONLY PICKLES on a cheese burger. I can’t believe these people make more money than I do and can’t get THEE SIMPLEST order correct. I get off of work to have a small meal so I can go home and go to bed, not get thee exact opposite of what I ordered and go to bed still hungry.
