McDonald's — Restaurant in Bremen Township

Consider that star above an illusion. This place doesn't deserve it. This place isn't just bad in every way you can imagine; it's bad in ways no one has even thought of yet. Stay away from here if you value your blood pressure. I don't even know where to begin. Turning in from southbound Harlem is a nightmare anytime after 7 AM. You have options on where to park. You can park in front on the west and get blocked in by the drive through. You can park in the south where trucks need to go through. Or you can park on the east which is tight and narrow. Then you still have to find a way out and leaving to go south is nearly impossible and quite dangerous in the daytime.

There's a lot more fun waiting inside, though. You can stand and watch the timer on your order count up to over 500 seconds on the screen while you're wondering where your order is. You can go to the register only to told to go to the pickup counter even though the order is sitting right in front of you. You can go to the pickup counter where everyone will completely ignore you. You'll get amazing “service” where people in red shirts will hand you a bag and not say a single word to you. On rare occasions, you may even get the correct order.

Went through drive thru just now and the girl who took my order was very rude. She rushed me to finish my order without even confirming my order. That made me have to grab her attention as I tried to finish telling her my order. She then tells me to drive to the next window as I was still trying to complete my order! I had to yell "I'm not done yet" just to be able to finish my order. Once I get to the window she doesn't confirm the amount I needed to hand her and she took the $20 bill in my hand without grabbing the change I was trying to hand her. Very rude. Thankfully the young lady who actually handed my food was nice. I frequent this location and service is usually good but I was a little annoyed after this visit.

11/10....Just gave them another shot and only received 2 nuggets for my daughter's 4 piece nugget happy meal! Very disappointed because I don't live close to this place to just come right back for them to fix my order. I wish the manager would look at these reviews so that they could see the lackluster service that us customers are being dealt by this location. It's a shame. Please do better. Us customers leave reviews to let you guys know how things are going. Would love to see better service because this location is a convenient one and I'd appreciate...

Order a simple Chicken Sandwich and a Number 2 with bacon. Paid for my meal at the first window. Then, pulled up to the second window and got told to pull forward to the next window, even though there was a car in front of me, and I hadn't even received my drinks yet. Then the window opened again, just so the new woman at the window/ while the 1st woman was standing right there and I could hear her say, I told him to pull up, but in my stand point there was no where to pull up. The car in front of me hadn't moved and I couldn't, so the 2nd woman told me to pull around to curbside 3....so I did. The food attendant then walked out with my food but no drinks...I then explained I had drinks also...gave him the receipt and then proceeded to sit for another 5min...so I called and talked to the manager who then was extremely abrupt and acted as if it why my fault I order drinks and hung up on me while I was checking my food...so I then had to go in for my drinks. As a member of the food service industry...I was completely dissatisfied with this locations attempt at fast food service. There's another McDonald's on 159th and Harlem I advise that one for better and quality fast...
