Sharks 167th - Country Club Hills, IL — Restaurant in Bremen Township

On March 26, 2022, I visited the restaurant and ordered 50 wings. To my dissatisfaction, the wings were very small and overcooked. At that time, I shared with the cashier, I was not satisfied with my order and would like a refund. She swiped by debit card for a refund and informed me it would take 3 business days. A few hours later the refund appeared on my online banking account, as pending; and I said to myself "great customer service" it didn't take 3 days...so I discarded the refund receipt. The next business day, which was Monday; I noticed the refund disappeared and the next day my account was debited. On several occasions, I spoke to the cashier and later the manager/owner Ray and he continues to say the amount was refunded. I expressed my frustration with the customer service and stated "I would bring in my bank statement" as document to show I never received a refund; and I asked Ray to provide proof of the refund. On today, Monday, April 4th; I will go to the restaurant with evidence and hopefully this matter will be resolved, if so; I will willingly change my review. I'll keep you posted of...

There’s a large woman with blonde hair who’s been behind the counter the last few times I visited this location and her attitude is absolute trash! She was rude as hell. I ordered a wing dinner and she just blurts out HOT MILD BREAD COLESLAW which makes all the sense now however in the moment I had no idea what she was asking me. I looked around for a moment at her and my friend for clarity. I’m like what am I missing. Instead of offering some clarification like idk using a structured sentence instead of blurting out 5 random options. I definitely don’t appreciate that. She was rude some more after that but she definitely ensured I’ll never visit this store again while she’s working. She needs to check her attitude. Period. How difficult would it have been to say oh do you want mild OR hot sauce and do you want coleslaw and bread on the side??
