Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bremen

Went to Get donuts with my friend and her grand children … waited at the donut counter and my friend ordered her donuts and kids drinks she paid and went to a table with all her purchases took about 15 mins to complete her order instead of the lady coming back to me she then waited on all the people who came in after we did! I finally after near 30 mins waiting for some one and there were About 7 employees that I could see over by the drive thru window the whole time I ask if someone could help me …. She looked at me like I had two heads and said … well, what do you want??? I just said never mind I didn’t want to buy anything from this place! I will never go back or ever purchase anything from that place Ever! Some one need to train these employees how to do their job!

Feb. 11, 2023 Update Well over a couple of years since I have decided to go back to Dunkin Donuts and give it another try…. To start with the display case was almost empty and there wasn’t any customers in the place … I ordered a box 25 assorted donut holes … in the car my friend and I was looking forward to digging into them Took out a couple of glaze donut holes and they were dried out and tough … I couldn’t believe it … so I thought it was just the glazed And tried another one this time powered … it was all dried out and the chocolate ones the only ones that I could eat was blueberry they were actually normal and moist All the others tasted like they had been there since 3 days before … 10 bucks for a mouth full of dried out tough garbage. I don’t think anyone up there is being in charge of the quality of that store … I feel bad...

Okay, let me start off with saying I’m a manager at a fast food restaurant. So… normally I don’t complain about service seeing as everyone is understaffed nowadays. I get it. We are too. Things get hard. But literally EVERY SINGLE TIME, day or night that I come through the drive-thru I wait NO LESS than THIRTY MINUTES. Then the cashiers taking my order, AS WELL AS THE MANAGEMENT!!!!! Have TERRIBLE attitudes. They have not once treated me with respect through the drive-thru. So I stopped coming for the past 2-3 weeks. Well, this morning I figured I would try to order on the app, and go inside the store this time, that way I could beat the line as I was in a rush to get to work. I ordered at 6:45 am, and got there to get it at 7:30 am. They had my bagel bites up waiting for me. So I asked them about the coffee that was also on my order. The lady told me “no ma’am, there wasn’t a drink on your receipt.” Made me go BACK OUT to my car to show them proof. I have no reason to lie about what I got. And of course, it was on my receipt.

I have only had ONE good experience at this store. There was a sweet young lady with long blonde hair and glasses at the register. She went above and beyond for her customers and was the sweetest thing ever. I wish I knew her name, but I doubt I’ll be coming back here to find out.

Iced Americana or Iced Latte. I get one of these every night after work (7:30 ish). I've been a Dunkn customer for years. Lately it seems service has been an ongoing issue at this store. I order ahead to only sit and wait while multiple workers pass by the drive through window as though I'm not there. I have even started driving through the drive through lane to alert them someone is there. (This store has a seperate mobile order lane which is AWESOME!) To no avail, no one seems to acknowledge I'm there for quite some time. I have always ordered ahead and my drink would be ready before I arrived. Tonight in particular, I watched 3 employees walk by the window without anyone acknowledging I was there. One employee sat my drink on the shelf where it awaits being handed to me by the drive through cashier(I assume). It sat for a couple more minutes before an employee finally walked around to deliver my drink. This has not been the norm in the past. I hope they can get it together for us few late evening folks. I'm not a fan of extended drive through waits after a 12 hr. shift of my own. They're not short handed, just unattentive it seems. My drinks have seemed very watered down a few times lately also. This was lenghty but, I hope it helps others and gets the attention from someone to...
