I would greatly appreciate an opportunity to meet with the establishment’s owner, as I have encountered some concerns pertaining to the managerial staff’s conduct. During my recent visit via the drive-through, I attempted to place an order for honey barbecue wings. Regrettably, I was informed by the speaker attendant that the wings had been unavailable for nearly a week due to delayed deliveries. This was puzzling to me since I had successfully ordered the same item earlier in the day.
In response to this discrepancy, I sought clarification and was met with a derogatory remark from the attendant over the speaker. Taken aback, I requested a brief moment to address the issue and subsequently drove out of the line. My intention was to engage with the manager in person within the store. Upon arriving at the store, I was informed by an employee that the lobby was closing and patrons were being asked to leave. Despite this, I managed to enter the lobby just in time before it closed completely.
As I attempted to approach the manager, an employee behind the counter informed me that the lobby was no longer operational. Expressing my desire to speak with a manager, I was informed that the manager was situated in the back of the establishment. Upon hearing my request, the manager inquired loudly about my purpose, and an employee revealed that I was the individual who had experienced the altercation at the drive-through.
The manager addressed me, explaining that she couldn’t leave her current position at the counter. Despite my request to discuss the incident that had just transpired, she indicated that she was unable to accommodate the conversation at that moment due to the lobby closure. Recognizing the manager’s stance, I conveyed my understanding and expressed my intention to return for a discussion at a more suitable time. Subsequently, I contacted the designated 800 customer service number to report the incident that had occurred.
As someone who has long held a positive view of this establishment, it saddens me to observe a decline in the quality of service and professionalism. I sincerely hope that my feedback and the incident report will contribute to the restoration of the high standards that this restaurant has...
Read moreWe were having a family lunch at 12 noon in Ranburne, Al so I called and spoke with the most amazing lady named Della on Sunday afternoon. I told her we had a fairly large order for Monday (labor day) and needed to pick it up right after they opened at 10:30 the next day. She assured me she was working and would make sure her and the other employees would start cooking it when they first arrived that morning. Well she didn't let us down and after meeting her there right at opening she had everything cooked and ready except the chicken and the chicken fingers because she wanted it to be as warm as possible on our trip. I can't say enough about these people at this location and their above normal service! Della and Goldie and all the rest of the team that was on duty this day, please know our group appreciated all you did to make our lunch with the family perfect! My sister and I will tell as many people as possible that are in the area or possibly going through Breman to stop and grab a bite to eat be sure to say Hello to Della and Goldie. They are precious ladies. God bless you all and Thanks again for such a...
Read moreProbably the worst place to eat. Take my word and stay daw away from this place. Took 30+ minutes to get our food for 2 people, while the lobby had people waiting almost an hour. You look at the employees and they are just standing there moving like they don’t have a care and joking around. The manager leaves in the middle of this to go sit on her big butt outside and to talk on the phone, we then want a refund and go outside and ask her if she’s the manager, she tells us the manager is inside and when we ask the cashier for a refund she goes and gets the hefty lady outside who just told us the manager was inside. We have been here before but figured we would try them again and we were sadly mistaken. Quit giving these people your business and money and maybe they will fix...
