Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bremen

Oh My!... I visited this LC for the first time today and I must say if this is meal was an example of their work I will NOT be back and will discourage others. I entered after the lunch "rush", approximately 1:45pm, and ordered a Detroit Deep Dish with the meal (2 liter, Crazy Bread and Sauce). I requested extra Pepperoni only and paid for the extra, and as they need to cook this fresh (extra pep), please make a fresh Crazy Bread as I could see the had several bags already made and sitting in the racks for what appeared to be some time. I asked how long the wait, was told 8 minutes, so having paid, I sat and waited. After hearing a lot of laughter and I assume pleasant coworker conversation a young lady arrived at the counter with a pizza box and a bag of Bread. She bagged the bread and one sauce, I requested another sauce and paid for same. I thanked her and left for the drive home. I had picked my Mother up from the Hospital and we were on the way to her home. When we arrived I opened the meal.... extra pep does not mean extra cheese but okay I can deal with that, not a problem. I opened the Bread and in all the years and locations I have eaten LC, I have NEVER seen nor tasted worse CB! lt was cold, parts were brick hard and others soft but with concrete edges. Even heating in the oven did nothing to improve but make it hot concrete with occasionally soft flavorless middles. That was the CB. Now for the extra pep deep dish, hmmmm. Well it appeared to have extra pep along with the unasked for extra cheese but to compensate for the extra cheese was the half the depth of raw dough under the cheese and almost burnt edges. How this, along with the CB, was possible I have no idea. Perhaps the ovens need calibration or a staff that knows how to accurately prepare FRESH pizza AND Fresh Bread. In case this lengthy review has not made this clear, I will not return to this location. Perhaps I will locate another LC location that lives up to better past experiences....

The absolute ONLY reason I have decided that it was of great importance to not give this establishment the stars it should get is due solely to the observed actions, unnecessary verbal abuse, and what I feel can only be described effectively as publicly embarrassing and defamation of character myself and several other customers witnessed the young man who had the brown rooted bleach blond fo-hawk with poorly faded in blueish colored tips, I would gladly include the boys name had he been half as overly observant of himself (as he was being towards the other crew members on duty) to have reviewed his company uniform and not have obviously forgotten or chosen deliberately to forego inclusion of his name plate. It's for this reason I am not sure of his position but irregardless I am positive that the loud manner of demeaning his coworkers over pizza boxes with a lobby half full of customers observing is most definitely the concise definition of creating hostile work environment in addition to blatantly disregarding labor standards requiring to treat coworkers with dignity and respect.

He was pleasant to all of us customers but the way he regards the folks he is supposed to be on a team with needs some drastic...

This location is open until 9:30pm. I pulled up to the window after the car in front of me drove off and the cashier walked away. I sat and observed 2 crew members walk pass the window, I heard one crew member say, “You got drive thru?”…both continued to gather items and walk pass. Another crew member came to the window and I asked if they were closing and stated if so, I would take any hot and ready pizzas they had. The crew member stated, no, we are not closing, just have only 3 of us here and 5 stations and we got really busy when the storm hit. I replied, “Thanks, but for future reference, remember customer service and some can let the customer know they will be right with them soon.” The crew member responded, “Ok” and closed the window and began talking to another crew member. She then returned to tell me that she get me the pizzas. I told her at this point I would like a contact for the franchise owner or General Manager. The crew member walked away and returned and said she would be right with me. I decided to write this review instead of wait another 5-10 minutes. I did not want to risk accepting any pizza from them at at point.
