The customer service is terrible. The food is way too expensive for the employees to be so unpleasant.
The first time I ordered through the app I didn't realize you had to go in to pick up your food. When I told the girl at the drive thru box I had a mobile order- she said, ok. Come inside. I was 9 months pregnant with 2 toddlers in the car and I didn't have on any shoes 🤦🏼♀️ I told her I couldn't come in and it was like I had just killed her dog. She didn't respond. I drove up to the window and she basically shoved the food in my face. I've worked retail (with a drive thru) for 15 years. I know that was an inconvenience for her and I also know many retail workers think the customers are the problem. Now I don't agree with "the customer is always right", but these young people need to learn how to kindly deal with people. She could have just said, I'll grab it for you this time, but when you order from the app it's to be picked up inside. No big deal.

I used to go to Zaxby's and take my family. No more! I picked up dinner for my family. I did not take pictures of everything but look at this Sorry excuse for a Salad. This cost 8.00 Dollars. There is hardly no salad. Not even a whole chicken strip. No toast, nothing. My daughters and wifes were worse. We also got some fried pickles. Total waist of pickles. Over fried by at least a hour. No crust left on the pickles and what was left of the pickles looked like skin scabs. Sorry, but we were definitely disappointed. My Daughter said she does not want to go there no more. She said they suck! If you accept this, You will accept anything! Good Riddance! UPDATE: READING THESE REVIEWS AFTER 2 YEARS AND APPARENTLY STILL THE SAME, WAS THINKING ABOUT GETTING ZAXBY'S WANTED TO SEE WHAT THE REVIEWS LOOKED LIKE AND STILL THE SAME! We went to try their fried cheesecake bites. When I tell you fast service is fast. This is fast. This was fast service. We got the order in, and it was within a minute, it was fast. We got it. Fastly. Toe. This made me quit my fast.
The people were looking at us too much. That’s OK though. I would look at me too.
The cheesecake bites were delicious by the way. They were hot. They were good. They were not greasy, in a bad way. They remind us of the cheese curds that are fried. It really really seems to carry that flavor.

“It’s like if you got fried white cheddar bites, but made them cake. The water push thing on the ice machine was very hard to push and ended up. I ended up needing assistance. I just burped. And Mount Vesuvius seems to have become a hill. That’s all I have to say on that.”
