Cafe Alara in Bremerton is truly a gem that deserves every bit of praise! From the moment you step inside, youâre greeted by a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready with genuine smiles. The owner, Autumn, has done an incredible job creating this warm and inviting space, and Michelleâs exceptional kindness and attention to detail truly elevate the experience, making every visit memorable.
The food is simply extraordinary. Their sandwiches are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and are bursting with flavor. Personally, Iâm hooked on the veggie sandwich on rosemary bread and the roast beef and artichoke sandwichâboth are absolutely delicious and my go-to favorites. That said, itâs genuinely hard to choose because everything on their menu is outstanding. The bread is perfectly toasted, the veggies are fresh and crisp, and the sauces are pure perfection.
I have to give special recognition to their Red Bull Italian sodaâitâs hands down the best Iâve ever had! Iâve ordered this drink everywhere I travel, and nothing compares to the way theyâve perfected it here. If youâre a coffee lover, their lattes are equally divine. Their peppermint latte, in particular, is a standout treat thatâll leave you craving more.
Their selection of local market goods is another highlight, especially their amazing cheeses. Iâm already planning to grab some for a picnic this weekendâtheyâre absolutely perfect for any occasion. Conveniently located right next to the ferry, Cafe Alara makes it effortless to grab a bite or stock up on goodies for your next outing.
More than just a cafe, Cafe Alara is a hub of creativity, quality, and community. Whether youâre stopping in for a sandwich, grabbing a one-of-a-kind drink, or just soaking in the welcoming atmosphere, this place delivers on every level. I couldnât recommend it moreâitâs a spot youâll find yourself returning to...
Read moreI had to come on here to give this place a good review because it is very much deserved. I was there for the first time yesterday and discovered my debit card was not in my purse AFTER I placed my order and they had already started making my drink and food. (This is not like me) I was panicking because I felt like an idiot and knew I was in a pickle. I let the barista know as soon as I realized it, and she said the unthinkable. She said itâs okay and they can give me n IOU. I was shocked, embarrassed and very grateful at the same time. They didnât have to do that and it wouldâve been acceptable. Yet she still took a chance with me. Little did she know that was my only meal until 6pm when I got home from work because I had no way to buy lunch. I was there around 8:00am. Thank you guys so much for your understanding and kind gesture and trust in humanity. Of course I called to take care of my tab, but felt I needed to tell the world this place is AMAZING and Iâll forever be grateful. I hope nothing but the best for this business and although I come through Allyn once a week, Iâll come back...
Read moreCafe Corvo is a great coffee shop for relaxing, meeting with friends, or working in a calm atmosphere. I took my computer there today and found it to be perfect for typing a paper. The coffee and tea is delicious. The service is friendly and timely. The area is well-maintained; bathroom is tidy and sanitary, they clean tables after every customer, and the baristas were wearing masks.
I also love their attention to some accessibility features; they have large-print and Braille menus available for those with low-vision.
They are generally wheelchair-accessible, though there is a narrow pathway between tables/chairs and the counter, so getting to the bathroom may be a challenge for maneuvering a wheelchair (there aren't a lot of chairs, so I'm sure it would be easy to move things around for accessibility...
