China Wok — Restaurant in Bremerton

Walked in and read sign saying "Seat yourself" no big deal they immediately ask if you want to dine in or take out. I responded by saying "take out" at this point was given the menue then took 15 minutes for someone to write my order, keep in mind there was only 3 people including me in line. I arrived first yet had order taken last relly no big deal. But when I saw the 2 people that came after me have there meals quicker irritated me especially seeing they carried 2 bags full of meals and my order would only be one bag. After this two people where served which was an average of 15 min each making it 30 min plus 15min to get my order in plus 15min for mine to be ready I spent about an hour. I'm very patient so it was ok but at this point I expected top of the line food. I decided to eat at the park to find no napkins or forks making me drive home and get the things I needed then go to the park. At this point ate the food only to be disappointed the food was ok while not amazing but not bad I would never go back again personally due to how long it took and how the food wasn't great. I was in the area for an event, and decided to try this place, there wasn't anyone dining in on a Sunday at dinner time which made me a bit nervous, but man, am I glad I made the decision to eat here. I thoroughly love Asian fare and I have tried MANY places over the years. I can confidently say that I ate the best sesame chicken that I have ever had. I highly suggest dining in as I did to get the freshest possible food, I promise you it's worth the extra crispy crunch you get in fresh sesame chicken. The same can be said for the hot and sour soup. I am not sure what they do differently here but the soup had a super fresh and light taste that was out of this world good. Dont sleep on this place, its good. Also dont pay attention to the reviews about deliveries. Its the Uber/Grubhub/DD drivers responsibility to check your order, grab your soda, and not spill your food in transit. Not fair to punish the restaurant with a 1 star review, especially when its not even the restaurants fault or service you...

This place has absolutely pissed me off. I ordered online 6 items and only 2 was delivered. I called immediately to a woman who I told this and she asked what I wanted to do and I said I'd like my order to be brought to me (this 2as one of the options she gave me) so she found out the missing items and said they were on the way. I called an hour later and the same woman acted like she didn't know who I was after I stated who I was and said she would check and call me back. I wanted 30 minutes then called back then the same woman acted like she didn't know it was me again so I immediately told her who I was then she said she can't check orders that are done online at that point I was pissed so I hung up as my spouse was waiting for their food for over an hour. Luckily I was able to go online and get a refund of the missing items. I am extremely angry was not offered any compensation at all. I will not be...
