Since my last review on Carl's biscuits and gravy, my husband and I have eaten a couple of other times from Carl's Jr. February 6th, we had burgers, and my cousin had their kids four-piece chicken star meal. I had a regular hamburger, and on it, there was ketchup, mustard, and dill pickles, and I requested onion, pretty darn basic. My husband had a double cheeseburger and a large french fry, and on it was two-beef patties, cheese, ketchup, mustard, onion, and pickles. And finally, my cousin had the kid's four-piece chicken star meal, which consisted of four pieces of chicken stars, small french fry, a small drink, and a toy. Here's the funny thing, we all liked the food, and we all agreed it reminded us of McDonald's food; the taste was very similar all the way around, except the french fries; my hubby swears that Carl's Jr. french fries are better.

For yesterday's (3/23/21) food, I purchased a Charbroiled Chicken Salad, and I had the choice of a house dressing or Balsamic Vinaigrette; I picked the Balsamic Vinaigrette. The salad should have had the charbroiled chicken, red onion, tomato, four-cheese blend, and croutons on a bed of Iceberg lettuce. There was less than a 1/4 teaspoon worth of cheese if on my salad, and I'm being very generous saying that but no croutons anywhere, with three small thin pieces of onion. I'll admit, they were pretty generous with the chicken, and it happened to be very tasty. Aside from the delicious chicken, the salad was very uninteresting. You never know until you try, and now I have tried it, and I know to move on and never order that salad again! A while back, a friend recommended their biscuits and gravy breakfast; although I can't say I know how it tastes, I have purchased it a few times for my mom and cousin, and they seem to enjoy it! I can say that its price is a great deal, especially the complete meal that comes with biscuits & gravy, hash rounds, and coffee. Our complaint is, they never give enough gravy!

We did purchase an additional coffee (because the biscuit and gravy meal came with one), also an egg, bacon, and cheese breakfast burrito; unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture to include, but my cousin enjoyed it, and the size of it was decent!

For being fast-food coffee, the coffee wasn't too bad in taste; If the situation were right, I would order their coffee again.

It can be a little slow-moving in the drive-thru; in a none Covid year, I would say it is quicker to go in and purchase it physically, none-the-less, at least the drive-through is open.

Carl's Jr. is a stand-alone restaurant and is located off Kitsap Way in Bremerton, near Winco. 485 Kitsap Way, Bremerton, WA.

Try their Biscuits and Gravy, but don't forget to ask for extra gravy!

I don't suggest you visit the new Carl's Jr on Kitsap way in Bremerton, WA unless you want food poisoning.

12 pm Sunday: Stopped by on a long drive to Port Angeles to grab a bite to eat for the kids because we wouldn’t return until 3 or 4. We ordered a couple cheeseburgers no fries, no drinks nothing else.

12:30 Food cold, even the burger patty was cold to the touch, like it was taken from the fridge and put in a bag and handed to us. My friend in the passenger seat says let’s just call and let them know, calls and request a to speak to the manager, explains to her the situation and lets her know the food was cold to the touch when it should be hot. Manager apologizes and offers to remake our food, awesome! Except we were on a time crunch and didn't know about the food issue until we were in Silverdale on the highway. She told us that's okay, stop back by when you get back to town let them know you talked to me and they will remake your order. Cool, super nice manager, pleasant and solved the issue.

I don't want to hear anyone be rude and say "well you should have checked the order before leaving" sorry bud, but NO. Restaurants should be serving food at the proper temperature. And I get that it is fast food, but come on it only takes a little bit, this isn’t rocket science.

3:30 pm We pull back into the Kitsap way location after driving back from PA to pick up a family member and stopped back by to get our fixed order. Workers were kind and apologetic for the mistake. Super cool, thank you for the wonderful service and smiles! Got our replacement order and everything felt warm and good to go from the outside. And after being in the car for nearly 4 hours we just wanted to get home and get the rest of our day completed. So off we drove, cool.

3:40 pm Pull into the driveway all get out and head inside. And we unwrap our burgers. So while the outside was warm to the touch, the middle of the burger was cold, cold to the touch and the cheese was not even warm.

not only is this absolutely not okay, but twice in a row? As a person preparing orders you know if the food you are handling out is the proper temperature or not. This should have never happened in the first place, let alone two times. Serving food at storing it at an improper temperature allows bacteria to grow and can cause food poisoning. Hopefully they get this issue fixed and no...

When Carls first opened here me and my husband were really excited to try it out because it was a very short distance away from our house. We did soon find out that the amount of food for the price was not within what we would want to spend, so we have not gone back since. But, tonight we wanted something different than usual but also wanted it fast so we decided we would give Carls another chance. We made such a wrong choice. We first ordered and paid on the app so we could get in and get out quickly, we placed the order at about 6 and got there and inside at about 6:10. At 6:23 I still hadn't been talked to to be asked what I wanted to order or what have you, mind you I was second in line when I first got in and the man in front of me finished ordering a couple minutes after I arrived. This isn't at fault of the workers though as there was only 2 people working as 1 had gone on her break. The front counter girl was running back and forth not seeming to stop moving, she was working really hard as was the guy that was cooking. The problem was there was no way that only 2 people even 3 were going to keep up with online orders, drive through orders, and counter orders. When the girl on her break finally came back things did start to move, but then she handed me my food saying sorry for the wait and I had to tell her I still needed a milkshake and a drink. We finally got home at 7 almost a whole hour after we placed the order and we are only at most 10 mins away (no there was no traffic) when we pulled our food out we were so disappointed to see that the waffle fries we ordered in larges look more like smalls. I will say the food did taste really good, but for the price we paid we should definitely get more than 6 waffle fries. We won't be going back ever or even visiting other carls...

Not good! I rarely leave bad reviews. I work nearby this store and have been going there since it opened. I have watched the quaility of food seriously decline. They still haven't opened the dining room( post pandemic), and they have had the second drive through closed for two years? I went there today and ordered a bacon cheese burger in a lettuce wrap and this is what I got. Forgot the bacon and aparently there out of lettuce? I was told after I went back through the drive thru. (dinning room is closed). I really don't blame the employees. I blame management and or owners/upper management. Give your people what they need to thrive! I really like Carl's Jr and don't really have super high expectations when getting fast food. I just hope they get there stuff together.

This was the first time at this location so I was eager to check this place out. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese biscuit with hashbrowns. At 9:45 the biscuits we're not fresh( of course not fresh but chewy) like chef mic(microwave) style. The bacon and egg we're good with good flavor. There was something def off about the hash browns. Possibly burnt or old maybe both ; fryer greese. It's been 15min and I can't get the taste out if my mouth. Note to business: freshen up the greese and for all that is good and holy in this world; your biscuit should be your cornerstone of your menu. Get that right; and you got something. That's all I got to say about that.
