Tonight we went to get a ice cream cup and a milkshake. The lady at the intercom seemed annoyed by us when ordering and once at the window, we were handed a milkshake that CLEARLY had a huge crack in the cup, milkshake was spilling out of it. My fiancĆ© hands and our car were covered in it. He knocked on the window for assistance after waiting a good minute, young lady finally came to assist and her way of fixing the milkshake was to put another cup ON TOP of the cup with a crack⦠so now we have a milkshake spilling out of one cup into the other.. and still have milkshake all over the car and hands ā¦. I called once we got home and asked to speak to a manager and was told there is no manager in the store until tomorrow morning . I expressed my concerns to the young lady and got the response āhmmā¦.. k itāll be handledāā¦. We were also told they were out of numerous flavors of ice cream flavors once we tried to order them, if they were truly out, would have been nice to know upfront. Extremely frustrating experience, for the price of the ice creams, you at least expect a decent experience and a better customer experience..
And we were only the 3rd customer there , not. Busy at all. We wonāt be back, the ladies in there tonight truly do not care about...

I ordered Through DoorDash before and realize that you cannot order a waffle cone so I called the store and the Lady was nice enough to say hey I can take your payment and add the cone to your order which was very nice of her so when I called back Today I asked Worker if she could take my order for the waffle cone only because it was done before the worker replied so you want me to ring up a cone and add it to your door dash before I could respond she said with the nastiest attitude no I am not doing that you will get your order as you ordered on door dash and as I got ready to ask why so rude she hung up in my face . I called back to speak with a manager no one would answer the phone. Iām in customer service and this was so unprofessional. I canceled my order and they only gave me half my money back. Thatās fine I refuse to ever...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSat in drive-through for over six minutes nobody said anything nobody spoke then I drove through the drive-through window sat there for another three minutes nobody even came to the window. I finally left and called to see if anybody was working and I get told that. Yes thereās somebody working, but she has a legit doctors note because she has a migraine. She canāt work the drive-through but no note can be put up because they donāt have one or it was stolen but yet they canāt put a note behind the glass to say that drive-through is closed I legit have a doctors note that I canāt be out walking all the time but I get up and walk thatās kind of ridiculous to run a business like that and not have something or legit put a note on your window at the drive-through window so when the person drives to the window, thereās at least a note there that says why nobody answered the drive-through kind of find it crazy rude. This place is really gone downhill in...
