Incredibly disrespectful employees including the manager Hailey. My pizza was liquid from too much sauce and being undercooked but I didnt notice until I got home so I called and asked if I could bring it in and have a different one made. The employee told me she didn't know what to do and that I would need to come in in 3 hours because of a note on my account. When I did the manager told me that she doesn't know who made the mark on my account but I must complain a lot. Then told me my only option was store credit or for them to remake the pizza now. When I said I don't want another pizza or store credit because I dont plan to come back to the location she told me I wouldn't be receiving a refund. The only time I've had to call to complain was when they delivered the wrong pizza and pasta. Then when they redelivered the pizza and it was wrong again. When I told the manager, she immediately dismissed me and told me there is no way they would make a comment on my account from that, she then said in a severely sarcastic tone "Have a NICE day!" followed by inappropriate hand gestures as I walked out...
Read moreI ordered the pizza online at 11:40pm and chose the option to pay in store. The website said it would be ready in 11 minutes, however I noticed that the Domino's tracker was not moving. It just stayed in the same exact spot. So after 20 minutes waiting for itto change and proceed I decided to go to the store. Of course the same guy I've had an issue with before for moving really slow meets me at the counter and says that my pizza has not been put in the oven because I chose the option to pay in the store and that it is now closed. I then told him I ordered it at 11:40pm and if I was not supposed to be ordering a pizza at that time it should have said so on the website. Either was he said he would put it in the oven. So not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for a pizza that I was picking up, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the pizza to get done. Complete waste of time trying to order the pizza online. I have always liked Domino's Pizza but this may be turning point. I will not be coming back to this...
Read moreI’m so upset and frustrated with Domino’s. I placed an order online for delivery and after one hour waiting I called the store and the guy in charge told me that they need an additional 25-30 more minutes to delivery because they are short in drivers (not my problem btw) so he suggested to pick up and I went. Once I got to my house I found out that he gave me the wrong order and I called him back and he told me to go back to the store. I went back and the order was super cold, disgusting. Will never will order from them. Shame on you Domino’s. If you can’t offer a reasonable service just deny service, if you’re to greedy that won’t miss an order and something like this happens give the customer one month of free order at least. In my case, not even a year will make it. You will lose a lot of business handling...
