Dominos has been a family favorite since delivery began in the 80's. There are many franchise stores where the food is not as consistent. This store has always managed to offer quick service, consistent food, friendly drivers and excellent customer service. Sure, there have been a few times where the order wasn't perfect.... I get that it happens. But my last few orders seem to have had something wrong. Paying for toppings and not receiving them, paying for crust/style upgrades and getting the wrong thing, missing sauces, and most recently; the dough being almost completely raw, making it completely inedible. I know the store is busy, but when you try to call to let them know, it's impossible to get through. I tried calling the next day, and was told by whomever answered that "I should have called when it happened." I am not about to beg a business for my patronage; I just want to be acknowledged. After being ignored, I reached out to corporate, only to be told that there was nothing they could do, and that they would alert the store. Nothing happened. All these little mistakes of wrong orders and missing items add up and have finally pushed me to the point where I will no longer order from Dominos. We recently ordered from some local places and have had no problems. Will I order again? Probably not. I am very easy going, I understand that staffing shortages and mistake happen. But when it begins to happen with each order again and again? I ordered using a mobile app which deleted my coupon, removed an item and charged me $32 for 2 $6.99 items. The driver called to deliver and asked me to step outside (10:30 at night), which I declined due to being in pajamas and not feeling comfortable. He brought my food and quickly left. I tried calling to tell him something’s wrong but the driver did not answer the phone. Called 3x before he picked up! Store called and said there’s nothing he could do. I got what I ordered. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. I told him it was inappropriate for the driver to ask me to step outside. He said it’s their policy. I could have selected for them to leave on the porch. They are constantly delivering to incorrect address. They have called after/during delivery asking for an increase in tips or a tip if you didn’t leave one. They are always late with curbside delivery, selecting it was delivered before they bring it out! Since this store was sold to new owners or new management, it’s just not the same! Very unprofessional, poor customer service, unprofessional acts, deliver to incorrect addresses etc! Below is my original review! I’d definitely try a different domino’s! Read moreI WILL NEVER order from this store again. The past two times I have ordered there has been issues. The first I got 5 ranch cups instead of 5 garlic cups. I called and said they were sorry and they couldn’t refund me because I used a reward. I used 20 freaking points for one cup and didn’t even get what I ordered. Makes no sense.
This past weekend I ordered again. My husbands chicken bacon ranch sandwich had no ranch on it. Our Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza came as a regular cheese pizza. Our order was to be ready at 9:22. At 9:38 I got an email saying that they were sorry my delivery wasn’t great. That was odd considering I didn’t even have my order yet. I had to call them and got my order at 9:58. So let’s just send an emailing letting the customer know there’s a delivery issues and not state what it is or an update on when the customer will actually get their food? I called back about the food. Again I was told they couldn’t refund me since I used a reward. I filed a complaint with dominos 2 days ago and have yet to have anyone from corporate call me back. This store had gone down hill in the last few months. I will never order from here again.
