Italian Village Pizza Brentwood — Restaurant in Brentwood

The young woman and the gentleman at the counter were wonderful. However the other man, was well I would say a little sloppy.

Our order was done Pizza was sitting on the stove for close to 10 minutes before I decided to get up and find out where chicken tenders and fries were.

The Man to the left was playing on his phone so much he actually thought our order was for dining in. This is what took so long to get our food this guy was playing on his phone. A middle-aged man playing on his phone. I could add something to this but I'd rather not it was too disgusting.

The pizza was horrible... We definitely could tell that they do not use Grande cheese. That's what killed the taste of the pizza The cheese. They say on the front of their menu that they use Grande cheese. I can tell you for a fact they don't. As a pizza connoisseur I've had grande cheese so many times I know the difference.

I do have to say the inside of the dining area was rather clean and very nice and appealing. Not that I am a fan of soda pop, I did appreciate the antique Pepsi sign hanging up.

All said and done We do not plan...

This Italian Village is higher priced than other framchises in the surrounding areas. I moved to Brentwood from the Mon Valley in 2015. I was very disappointed by this locations customer service. Every time I order from here I get an attitude. I asked why their prices were so much higher than others and was told order from the other one if I don't like it. They also do not have as many specials as other locations. Lastly, my fiances favorite food is pizza. I attempted to order a heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day and Iwas told No because it would "stick in the oven." Then a few hours later I saw the Mon Valley Italian Village pizza advertising heart shaped pizza. This location just doesn't care about customer satisfaction. There are way too many pizza places in Brentwood for them to not go above and beyond for their customers. Needless to say I will drive the extra 15 minutes to order...

Hope the stray cats and raccoons enjoy my food that was delivered once again to the wrong address. When the driver called and said he left it on my porch i told him i don't have a porch. They have done this way too many times even though i have put a detailed description of my house and car in their app. Told him to take it back to the shop. ( Its 18 degrees out.) Ten minutes later I get a call from the shop saying the driver picked it up and now its on my doorstep. 🤣Because its a third party driver there is nothing they can do. Are you serious?!! Then maybe you should hire your own drivers because they are still representing your business. I ordered from your business! I expect my food to arrive on time, hot and delivered to the right address. It's what i paid you for!!!! Wont be dealing with them or the SLICE...
