Donut Connection — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

I took my client there and she referred to this place as "Holey Moley" donuts, you know, like from the movie Friday haha! The place on the movie was trashy and had flies all over the place! This was the exact experience we had when we ventured to this bakery.

I heard good things about this spot and decided to take my client there. Once we got in the door, the place was so dark I thought they were closing. They were open and the lady in there did not even speak when we walked in. This gave us time to look around and check out their selection. The labels were all wrong and there were flies crawling over most of the donuts!

The lady finally came to us and asked if we made a decision, but I was in shock by the amount of flies in the establishment that I didn't speak. I was focused on this one huge fly and the cashier must've noticed. She took one of the pieces of parchment paper they pick up the donuts with and killed the fly right where he landed (on the tray of donuts), then turns to us asking once again if we wanted anything. Needless to say, we didn't get donuts from there and honestly, I will never return. I wouldn't even give them one star...

This is a great little place to stop for a coffee along your way. They can doll your drink up like a barista if that's what you like. I enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning and I rarely find something to suit my taste when traveling. This option however was a pleasant surprise. As far as drinking from Styrofoam, I found that Donut Connection is better than most other grab-n-go and their prices are reasonable enough to make them an affordable part of a morning commute. Well first I really got to say that really low don't a connection because they got the best donut great people great service everything and since I love their donuts so much I could have to come there every day or once a week or twice a week and come and give you some donuts I just got to love the taste of a donut the donuts very pretty good and I really love their place they really got a good donuts good service great people everything and I really love it so much and I will love to come there every day to give me some donuts and...
