Burger King — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

What a disgusting place! I went through the drive-thru and wanted to order the Italian chicken sandwich. I was told that they didn't have that anymore. So, update the sign then!!! I ordered instead a regular chicken sandwich with cheese. As I drove away, I find out that I did not receive what I ordered. There was fries and burgers in the bag. I went back, and this time went in the store. Holy crap! This place was filthy! There was cold grease all over the outside of the fry bin, food overflowing a trash can behind the counter, the floors were gross, the sink area was horrible. All of this was visible from the counter. The girl couldn't figure out what kind of chicken sandwich I wanted. Just a regular one, with some cheese! She had bright pink hair and crack teeth! (not kidding) I took my food and left. But when I thought about it, I wasn't sure I was going to eat it. The sandwich looked ok, but I just wasn't sure. What a waste of...

Burger King is delicious...I could live on Burger King alone!!!! Burger King, off Brownsville Road in Carrick not only has terrific food (I think everything is great!!!) but they have wonderfully hard-working & young men and women doing a great job running the place. They all work really hard for little money while still presenting lovely and kind smiles to customers like me. Just like the caring associates at Rite Aid (this is fresh in my mind since I literally just reviewed the Rite Aid in the Carrick Shopping Center 😀) the Burger King employees should be able to accept tips if they are presented one by the customer like myself. These kids do a fantastic job!! Thank you, Burger King, for hiring great people to work this particular branch!!! I will continue to frequent this...

When the employee at the counter saw me walking into the restaurant, she turned her back on me and walked away. How rude! Then, I saw another employee and asked her to give me my order that was ordered online and should've been ready by now. She told me to wait, turned her back on me and proceeded to do nothing staring into the screen for 7 minutes waiting for somebody in the kitchen to cook chicken. In the meantime my order was ready and waiting for me. Finally, the 3rd employee that worked at the drive-through window walked to me, asked for the name on my order and gave it to me. It was 1 nice employee and 2 that rudely ignored me on purpose. What's going on with the management at that location? How do they train their staff? Or do they train their staff at all in...
