KFC — Restaurant in Brentwood

So I get to the spot where I order my food but first I am told to wait before I order. So 3 minutes later I order what I want and then I'm told that what I want will take 7 minutes. I said okay since there were already 3 cars ahead of me. I figured that may take 7 mins already. 10 mins go by and I'm finally pulling up to the window where I'm being told it's going to take a few mins because the cash register crashed and it's going to take a little bit of time to reboot. 6 mins go by and I was asked what my order was again....😠 so I repeat the order and made sure that the wings I ordered were Honey BBQ flavored.... Not BBQ and not Plain. The guy says yes, they're dipped in Honey BBQ and I confirmed. 8 mins later they give me the food and I left to give my wife her dinner because the place she drove by to eat at was already closed. Only to get home 5 mins later to find out that her order was wrong. The wings were plain. This is the 2nd time it's ever happened and it's always the wings that get messed up. 1st time it happened I didn't give a bad review because I figured that it was an honest mistake... but now twice!? Come on people... I know you can do...

I give one of the employees here a one star because every time I order at the drive through I get my drinks literally drenched in soda and wet and over flowing and was told to wait up front this same girl gave my order to someone else in which they checked and tore everything open contaminating my food in this day of age with germs I didn’t like it I asked her that my order was contaminated and she lied to my face and said no it wasn’t so I go inside and requested my food to be remade not repackaged. I am giving a five star for the young manager that handled my frustration and the inconvenience of it all professionally she was very understanding and handled it correctly. Jacklyn was the manager and she does a great job but that one girl that works there has no customer service I’m not trying to be mean because most of the worker’s there are great workers they...

DISGUSTING! I ordered a 12 piece family meal through the drive through. For starters, the young lady on the headset was extremely rude. After ordering, I was told to pull to the front of the store to wait 5 minutes for my meal to be brought out. After 25 mins they finally brought out the WRONG meal. I then had to wait another 15 minutes for my correct meal to be brought out. After getting home, I realized that my chicken was undercooked as well as the biscuits. There was raw dough oozing out of the biscuits. I then brought the entire meal back to the location. I spoke to a manager about the issue. The manager then proceeded to reach her hands into my meal I had brought back. She pulled out a piece of chicken and ate it with her bare hands stating “It taste good”.
