If you guys want to deal with waiting 15 minutes at the counter before anybody even acknowledges you...go here. If you want attitude from the employees because they hate their job and you ask why you have waited so long with no acknowledment ... go here. If you want to deal with people serving food without a mask on and on their cell phone and then serves food right after they were on their cell phone WITHOUT washing their hands go here. This is the WORST jack n the box to go too. Avoid the headache. They have very young and immature kids working here which the managers ALLOW THEM TO CUSS AND YELL AT CUSTOMERS. I tried giving this jack-in-the-box a chance I've gone there three times but now I will never go to this one I'd rather drive a little further to deal with Pleasant people not ugly people. When I asked why one of the employees was serving food with no mask on she proceeded to tell me she was on her breaks even though she was around other people's food talking on her cell phone and i was watching her grab tacos with no gloves and putting it in bags for orders...

I payed with my new credit card in the window, the cashier told me to wait for my order to the door, a lady brought my order, I had 15 min left of my lunch so I rush to come back to work, later I started receiving online purchases that I didn't do it. I inmediatly call to my bank and they freeze my card. After 2 months I still fighting for $1,000 of sporting goods. It was a new card and I didn't use anywhere. I went to the store and the 2 ladies that assist w my order didn't talk to me after I told them that my card was new and the purchases that I didn't do. I should call the police but my son was intern in the ER so I trusted in my bank. Now that the bank rebute the payment against me. I decide to write this to let other people know. If the owner read this, I will be able to help him to avoid more victims of these women...
Read moreI don’t ever write reviews but there was simply no other way to report this Jack in the Box location. Whomever worked at the drive thru window on 8/23/23 between 7:30-7:40 pm was simply the worst. She was extremely rude and should not be working in a customer service based industry. I truly hope that she doesn’t get the continue to treat customers the way she did. She was angry at the very moment I started to place my order. When I did get it, I was spoken to in a nasty manner and basically thrown my food. I will not be going back to this establishment in the future. Jack-in-the-Box needs to do a better job of training their employees on customer service skills. I lost my receipt and unfortunately do not have her employee ID number to report but I hope that I never have to encounter her again. My experience at Jack-in-the-Box was a very negative one.
