I mobile ordered the same drink I always get, venti size. I got in line before mobile order said it was done. I received my drink and it really looked low, I said something to window cashier. I didn't want to hold up the line so I just went into the store. (My daughter worked at Starbucks and she told me they are happy to remake drinks if you're not satisfied. ). I go and say my drink seems very low and can I get it remade, the girl at the register told me that's because I ordered so long ago that the drink settled--no I ordered it 12 minutes ago. Then they are laughing, window girl turns looking over at me with a smirk on her face. They give me a replacement drink so full of ice I couldn't get the straw in. So I got back into the line and ask for a refund. Window girl steps aside and the same girl from inside register is dealing with me. Fast talking won't let me tell her anything, interrupting and rude. You don't know what people are going through, you should just treat people with kindness....

Instead of writing phrases on coffee cups to increase business, how about teach your baristas better customer service.
She was snarky and condescending and honestly shouldn’t be the face you put in front of your customers if she can’t be pleasant and kind.
Also there was no seal or stopper put on my coffee so as soon as I turned out of the drive thru the coffee spilled smh!

Read moreToday there was only three people when I walked in. Two were waiting for their drinks and I ordered. It took about 15 minutes for me to get my drink and my wife's. This is because all the employees were talking and hanging out and laughing. Instead of getting the drinks. The manager had to ask me if I was still waiting for drinks because I was standing next to the counter. Of course I am, why else would I be standing there. No wonder the drive-thru line took so long.
