Another Chipotle, and another letdown. It has seemed over the years that Chipotle has gone down the hill, and it seems to be consistent with all their restaurants.
I placed an online order for 2 burritos, a taco, and some guacamole. I was surprised the pick-up time was extremely quick and was almost skeptical it would be ready at the time provided. The drive thru chipotlane was very quick and efficient, and my meal was ready on time. The lady at the window confirmed my order and I was on my way.
I got home and both my burritos were completely wrong with the ingredients inside. The slip on the outside was correct, but the insides were not even close with wrong ingredients and even the wrong meats. I tried calling the store, but they direct you to use the link in the email for any order issues. I then tried to use the chat bot online, and all I wanted was my order to be remade but that wasn't an option. They only gave me a credit for 2 free entrees.. I figured what the heck and I reordered, but then you can only use one voucher per order.
At this time I was just frustrated and decided to take my food back to the store. The lady there wasn't helpful and I just wanted my money back at this point. I was told they couldn't refund me because I ordered online, and had to use the email link. Once again I explained I did, and it was not helpful. Read moreI tried giving this location another shot by using the mobile app and chipotlane for pick up. Once again they have failed me. Unfortunately, I did not check my order before I left because I was too tired from a long commute - I was starving & just wanted to get home. Both of my bowl orders were wrong - missing salsa and very little chicken in my bowl, but they loaded it up with sour cream and lettuce on top. My daughter's bowl had salsa she did not order which she couldn't really eat or enjoy the bowl after having to remove most of the toppings and some of the meat - she ended up throwing it away. This location never has enough salad dressing which I cannot understand why this is acceptable. If I order a salad bowl then you should have the dressing to go with it. I asked to speak to the manager, Carolina, and she said you have to call customer service for a refund. She didn't care to try to resolve the issue and when I asked her for a card she said she didn't have any BUT she came back with a business card for the franchise owner and she wrote her name on it. First thing I’m told by an employee is that they are out of all meat besides chicken, no white rice, no lettuce, no beans, basically everything but peppers, chicken, cheese and some other toppings. And it’s not because they didn’t have the ingredients, it’s because they decided to clean/close the kitchen for the night AN HOUR EARLY. How are you gonna stop making food for the night when you still got a long line and have people’s money to take? $20 for a burrito and drink is crazy but if I can’t at least get what I want on it then I ain’t gonna stick around 😭 no disrespect to the employees, they’re just doing their job, but whoever runs management there needs to follow their operation times posted on the door.
