Listen, I'm not one to typically rave about a fast food place, but not only is this location consistent with having...dare I say quality food, but it's always been fresh. Other locations the rice is hard and has clearly been sitting out, or the meat is so over cooked it's hard to chew. But not here. Imagine our dismay when we ordered takeout, got it home, only to realize they forgot an entree. We gave them a call just to ask if we could get it another time, and the sweetest manager Daniella apologized and told us the next time we came in she'd remake the entire plate for free. That was far more than expected! Then when we went the next time, another fantastic employee, V, graciously made the plate and comped it, kind the entire time. At all of the other Panda locations, the service is always super friendly and taste and portions bigger than you expect. This one; not even close. Asked for a taste of the sesame chicken to see if I wanted that or my regular choice and was told I would pay a $1 for it!??? (Can’t make this stuff up). Ended up taking out a bowl of broccoli beef ….counted 6 pieces of beef in the bowl….literally counted all the pieces. And the bowl of Kung Pao chicken had a whopping 8 individual pieces of chicken…..yes, I counted them. So at $8/9 a bowl, I totally go scammed. I arrived at 530pm to find out that my food had been sitting there for almost 30 minutes. Then when I got home, we where missing our chow mein and fried rice which is part of the family meal and the food was cold and did not taste good. I sent a message to their customer service and no response now for 2 weeks. This is the 2nd time in a row I was missing items. I will not be returning.
