Waiter was knowledgeable attentive and nice, (apologies for forgetting your name... must have been the cocktails LOL). We were not in a hurry, and he didn't rush us which was really REALLY nice. Took a piece of pumpkin pie cheesecake for dessert with caramel and whipped cream home cuz we were full. Again very generous portion size , couldn't eat it all brought some of everything home. I only have two suggestions, one the mashed potatoes need to be a little bit softer and creamier but the flavor was good, and the sole, which was a little heavy on the panko, and in reality doesn't need it at all.. it did need more sauce, which needed more lemon and capers in it but the flavor was good the way it was, just needed more. I would like to do four and a half stars but it doesn't give me an option so I'm doing four for the food. Brought a beautiful scoop of vanilla ice cream with a candle in it for the birthday boy it was good ice cream. We will definitely be back. He is very good at his craft and has all the potential in the world to be successful in every endeavor he puts his mind to. Respectful, good timing, cares about his customers and their experience. Thank you Zach. The food is always good. Whether your looking for seafood or a good steak this place won't upset. The apps are awesome and have tried almost all of them now. Drinks are competitive during happy hour and they have a good wine list and corkage fee that supports the area. When we were there the last time there were a couple guys that were a little too loud with the cursing and profanity and maybe needed to be cut off sooner. To no fault of the restaurant it made the experience a little odd at first but when it's time to be seated away from the bar the atmosphere is lovely. Hats off to all the crew and the cooks. Management should step up when people get unruly in the establishment...sometimes people wanna bring their kids....overall a great spot if you want high class food where the classless unfortunately spend...
Read moreWe have been going there about 3 years and 3 times a week, only sit in the bar area. Plus we leave big big tips. I took a few friends there around 5pm was placing our order with the Bartender Bret, a waitress was yelling at him from across the bar. So I told her that was rude we are trying to place our order. We did eat and left. We went bk the following week no problems. Then we went back with my friends a council member and we sat at the high table, some very young girl came up to me and t said I'm the new Manager, told me I have to leave cuz i was rude to the waitress, I tried to explain that was not true, she had a smirk on her face, but never the less we left. We seen the bartender and he would not look at us. Too bad they lost good customers, & none of my friends go there now because of this, so now we all go to VIc's Steward and are very HAPPY. Our whole group meet at Vic's. It's sad the Zephyr would allow a young girl to control their business.
