Just spent $28 on 2 sandwich combos and a kids meal....I did not get the kids cup, just ask the cashier to put a little lemonade in my grandsons cup and I added water to it. It was the cashiers 1st day and we were very patient and understanding. She did great....however, the 2 gentlemen that were cooking and running drive-thru...very rude! I went back to the counter to ask for just a little bit more lemonade and the 2 guys totally ignored me, fine, the least you could do would have been to help your new team member instead of watching her struggle!! I finally ask him if I could get a just a little lemonade in my grandsons sippy cup and very ugly he said " I can't fill no cups", I told him I did not get the cup that went with the meal and just ask him to put a little in a new cup...he grunts and walks off and did not come back.....and we will not be back. The food was not good which the 2 gentlemen can take credit for poor food quality. The poor cashier just kept apologizing and I told her it wasn't her. Maybe she will get her a better...
Read moreWell I headed to Arby's last night to give it another shot. 2/3/24. I've always had bad experiences and figured they've changed employees so it must be better at some point right? I recently was given a Arby's gift card for Christmas from one of my aunts.I had went through drive-thru and the order was $24 and change. I had told the employee working the window that I was going to use the gift card that had $20 on it and i would pay what the gift card did not cover with cash. He proceeds to use my cash first and then hands me the gift card back. I asked him if that's what he had done and he stated really rude and loud "YUP". Then proceeded to slam the window in my face. I waited for the manager to come to the window and told him what happened. He just asked for my receipt then circled the balance on my card on the receipt just to hand it back to me. I told him that was wrong of them to do that and no response. Not amused nor will I be back. Zero stars are needed...

95 score usually a 99 or 100, Long lines during the day (inside and drive thru) during the day. And her shift is always stressed out!!! The NEW manager is not Customer friendly, during the day (I'm pretty sure that she's the GM.) Food is sloppy when prepared, during the day. Season is coming & it's obvious she won't be able to handle the influx of tourists that will be coming to Brevard. On the UPSIDE: EVERYTHING is awesome on 2nd Shift!
