I own a coffee shop, so please heed this review if you are looking for a great, traditional coffee house.

I had a house coffee. Ethiopia Guatemala blend, light roast. Very very good. If they roast their beans, they know what they are doing.

I brought my Baristas here after a camping trip. Everyone enjoyed their coffee! Great job!

One note. The server at the register was a bit lacking in her explanation to one of my Baristas as to why he couldn’t get a large size cappuccino. I get it that you have your way to doing things, and you appear to do them very well. But perhaps keep in mind that we customers don’t always understand your menu right away. Something I try to always teach...

I've been twice now, once right after opening and again today. The first day was a great experience and it's nice to see they have added more to their menus. I was with my partner today and when he tried to order a pour over coffee, we were told they were too busy to make one and he had to choose something else. We were shocked, but he ordered the batch roast and it was so thick and acidic. There were coffee grounds on the sides of the cup and it was pretty undrinkable. The atmosphere is very simple with mirrors on the walls that make the room very bright and open and the tables and furnishings are all comfortable, but the coffee is the most important part of a coffee shop. I hope to see some improvement...

Wow! Going to nerd out about some coffee stuff real quick- The store has a pleasant atmosphere, it has character and is aesthetically pleasing. I do wish the coffee beans for sale were in a more accessible place though. The people up front are pleasant and wow- the espresso!! I am a barista and I was absolutely taken aback. The shots are golden! The workers behind the counter ground up some of the coffee I bought for me, I took it home and made myself a latte this morning. The shot pulled the same on my rinky dinky espresso machine that I genuinely thought could not pull a single good shot. I am genuinely saddened by the fact I am from out of town and can only come here...
