Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Brevard

The new staff working there make it abundantly clear they do not want to be there. They messed up every single order I have placed with them, and had even tried to scam us out of the three other stuffed pepperonis we ordered, denying we placed the order, despite the fact we had repeated it to them several times.

One of them acts like they might be high, another one always acts like it's asking the world just to get your order from them. I had been very patient with them understanding that they're kids getting paid low wages, but there comes a point when it all becomes ridiculous.

A number of times the pizza would be way too greasy and thin in the center. There were at least two instances where they had stopped answering their store's phone. One was on a day they had dozens of customers that had been waiting for over half an hour or longer. And the other time we called and it went straight to fax. When we told them this they straight up lied about it.

This location used to be really good before these new employees came in and now I'm honestly really disappointed. I think a supervisor higher up should step in and try to...

I am just leaving positive feedback for management of this location. I stopped in on 8/15 headed to Brevard, NC. I was anxious, tired, in pain and hungry! I purchased crazy bread and it was the best crazy bread I’ve had to date. In addition, I was shocked to see Little Ceasar’s cookies. The locations in my city (Valdosta) does not provide them to patrons anymore. I was elated to meet Mr. Tanner! He had a warm smile, professional demeanor and was very helpful when I asked about where I was located. Please acknowledge Tanner’s superb customer service! This AF veteran was pleased and I am tempted to visit again on my way back home this Sunday!

Update: I ended up stopping through again but Tanner was not there and there was no Crazy bread available. However, Tyler was kind enough to bake a fresh batch of breadsticks and brought them to my vehicle. He was professional and attentive to my desire for hot, fresh bread! First of all if there was an option for 0 stars that’s what I would have chosen to select instead of 1 star, The manager who goes by banky? spanky? I’m not sure what she calls herself but she needs to be fired. There is no costumer service there i’m not even sure if there are employees there half the time i try and order, they never answer the phone, I see the manager and multiple other employees smoking outside in the parking lot which is very unwelcoming, the store is very dirty and anyone can see that if they take a look, I have also seen a manager bring her dog inside as well and lets it sit on the counters???
