I could just let the photos speak for themselves but what you see here is hard as rocks "toast", "onion rings", shriveled up chicken rocks, and undercooked bone in wings drizzled with sauce instead of being coated like they were supposed to be. The boxes were absolutely gross covered in grease and God knows what else. I ate two out of ten of the bone in wings after I had them actually toss them for me because I was starving and had no other options for food tonight. Was just hoping maybe I was being ridiculous but no these things were rubbery and half cold with tons of pink/red in the middle. Hoping I don't get food poisoning from this but my stomach is already upset. Just look at the last photo. This is insane. The two girls working the front were empathetic, apologetic and professional. The manager didn't say anything to me after the girl working the register went to go get him to tell him I wanted my money back except to ask if I wanted a receipt. Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant/fast food. I'll check back in tomorrow with whether or not I ended up sick. #thoughtsandpreyers

Update:6/27/22 Carrington (sp?) gave the best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time. You can tell that they actually care about the quality of service that they give. My order was wrong and they fixed it asap and had a great attitude the whole time. They need a raise and a promotion because I’m only coming back on the days that they work. Read moreMy husband and I ate at the establishment in Brevard, NC yesterday evening. The place was pure chaos and if we had had time we would have went somewhere else. The drink machine was broke so my husband went to the counter and the employees informed him that they did not know how to fix it and the counter, which only had one register operating, was even more packed with people ordering and people needing drinks AND there weren't enough workers to be doing both drinks and orders. That was VERY clear. Finally, my husband comes to sit down and I grab my plate. I ordered a boneless wings meal. There was no toast or celery and the 3 small boneless wings I got were cold. I took my plate up to the super busy counter and could never get anyones attention because they were already so busy. Our son was playing in a playoff game at Brevard High School and we left from Forest City NC 45 minutes early so that we would have plenty of time to eat before the game. I didn't have time to stand at the counter to get my order fixed if we wanted to make the game on time, unsuccessfully trying to get my food corrected. I finally gave up and ate my my now cold food. The woman at the drive thru was very rude to us, that was after we got to the window and sat there being ignored by her. She didn’t try to be nice at all, she treated us like we were inconveniencing her even though we were polite when we pulled up. The food was okay except the toast, which wasn’t toasted. They gave us literal bread with butter on it.
