Brick Oven is amazing! I had my, now fiance, surprise 40th birthday there (which turned into a surprise proposal) everyone raved about the food!! We usually don't do left overs, but what was left over- we will definitely be eating! Collin was fantastic! He was very accommodating and helpful. The girls were fabulous! Very polite, sweet and never once gave me a dirty looks with all my crazy requests lol. My sister in law was the only one who needed GF and Collin made sure she got her own plate, and told me was was the better tasting GF plate they offered. She said that was THE BEST GF pasta she has had. Their service was so great, my now fiance, made sure to take care of them ontop of what I tipped them! Guest from our party were asking Collin to open up a place in Monmouth County! And asking if they would deliver there! My family and friends (who are from Monmouth County) are talking about going back there again! I will 100% recommend Brick Oven because the food was out of this world, service was top notch and everyone was so great! The only thing was it got a little hot inside, but we also had a party of 40 people.. so everyone kinda understood why it was so hot. But other then that, everything went perfectly! This place has really gone down a steep slope since new ownership. I try calling 13 times with no answer. So I give up and head out to find something to eat. As I'm driving by I see that they are indeed open so I park and go in and order a pie. The host who is really sweet says that she will let me know when it is done. I give my phone number and say call me when it's done I'm going to sit in my car and wait for it. 45-50 minutes goes by and I'm dozing off now in my car. The host out of the blue says my name as she's approaching my vehicle with the food and says your all set. Love the curbside service but don't I have to pay for it I say. So now I leave the food in the car and follow her in for it to take over 5 minutes to get me change. Now I only live a quarter mile from there. Can you guess what happened when I got home? I had to serve ice cold pizza to my kids. It must of been sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes before they realized my order was done. Collin please buy it back. Their ruining your brand. I get the place is small and gets crowded but damn when the word Pizza Is in the name. Pizza should be the game. Not handing out cold ones. Very disappointed...

I really enjoy the pizza, its great...but they cant get my order right, or they undercook the food. Crazy, cause the ingredients are good, they just dont know how to cook or get an order right! Tried this place several times,, one day ordered Nonas Meatballs dish, pasta was undercooked, and it made me sick. Another time I ordered a pizza w/ meatballs, go to pick it up and they forgot the meatball topping. Place was empty! How do you mess up when I am the only customer? Next time I ordered a pizza they put a spoonful of minced garlic on each slice. just a mound of garlic, inedible, way too much. Owner offered me a refund when I complained, but I never followed up. Tried em again last night after several months, got a pizza and the dough was raw on top and bottom was slightly burnt. If they could get their act together they would probably have the best pizza in the area, but they have either messed up my order or undercooked the food 80% of the...
