Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brick Township

This has got to be the worst run DD in the entire chain. Not only did i get poor and horrendous service once, I was the jerk who went back for a second try at this place. Not one person in there knew what they were doing. The first time i was there, 9/10/2014, the employees were moaning, loudly, that they had no cups or supplies. I went to order and the girl behind the register was unprofessional. I saw she forgot to put in my hash browns. I told her and she said don't worry, i'll get them. nope, they forgot. The middle of my sandwich was frozen when i was halfway home. The second time i was there, 9/12/2014, Quinn waited on me at the register and then reheated my stuff. Did he change gloves? NOPE. they still didn't have supplies. I got my iced coffee in a frappe cup. oy. then i ordered the same food, a sandwich and hash browns. Ok, i got everything BUT.......the coffee was watered down brown stuff ( i get very little ice so it wasn't that), the sandwich was cold and the hash browns were, get this, FROZEN STILL. apparently the blast furnace all of the other DD's have has to be opened early, before the food is done, in this place. if they don't want to work here, then close the damn place. i will NEVER EVER set foot in there again....not even to use...

It was okay. I'm saying 3 stars only bc it was based off only 1 server. The other staff could be wonderful. I ordered a small Chai Tea. As u see in the photos, it was still hot bc I just had received it, I took one SMALL sip, it tasted off like it had been watered down (not enough of the Chai powder- I'm pretty sure for a small and medium DD uses 1 packet and for a large they use 2, something like that) Either way, he did not use what he should hv bc it taste like water still as well so I open it and I see that the drink was not filled up enough. I literally had taken a sip to test the heat only. To me, it seems that he knew he was putting less powder in, hence not adding in as much hot water after, filling the small cup, so it would not be too noticeable when I tasted it. I almost went back in but I didn't. I get embarrassed with things like this. I am stating I did not go bck in so aware he was not given chance to fix mistake, to be fair to him. By now, I am assuming he knows how to make...

Yuck. Terrible just awful Very disappointing. Man at window was nice but the food sucked —/it was the first time I was ordering frozen coffee I was excited for it— The worst coffee I ever had I don’t know if it was old it was very bitter something was spoiled maybe I asked for flavor shots of vanilla I couldn’t taste anything vanilla but I could taste something very off—-Got to snackbacon. Again terrible the bacon was not cooked it was cold and greasy there was barely any maple syrup or brown sugar or pepper or anything on it, it just tasted like old bacon. Old low quality bacon that is. I got three frosted sprinkle donuts or at least that’s what I paid for and when I ordered there were no sprinkles and the donuts were just pushed into the bag without any wax paper and the icing was all smashed all over the place and knocked off most of the donuts. A complete waste of $12 never...
