Will never go there again! On 10/14 I ordered a lg coffee from the drive thru. It seemed to take forever. We looked and saw the employee chatting away. She finally handed the coffee over except the lid was on correctly. As she gives the cup, it spills all over my hand and all over the car! HOT COFFEE! She just looks and says nothing. Absolutely nothing. My hand was very red, burning and my car, all wet. I asked to see a manager. She wasn't happy. She starts speaking in her native tongue about my sister and I. She didn't know we understood. The manager "Liliana" comes to the window asking what we needed. When I said what happened and showed her my hand and the stained car, she replied with, so, do you want a refund or a new coffee? WHO HIRES THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE?! I then said, furthermore, I know you know because there are cameras everywhere and she was talking about us and we understood! Her eyes got big like saucers and she just said, soddy, soddy. I called cs several times! Each time being told owner or manager would contact me. ALL MESSAGES IGNORED BY FRANCHISEE OWNER. YET, I was told the owner called me and rectified problem. NOBODY EVER CALLED, THEY LIED! LIED! I then contacted BBB. They reached out to location twice and both times, franchisee owner, ignored and blew it off. Had to get my car cleaned. Read moreI ordered a big Mac and medium fry. Was charged for a big Mac meal. And while that is not a big deal, what bothered me was the Manager didn't apologize. She just tried to convicted me that it was only a few cents so i should let it go. Then spent the next 3 minutes checking the individual price, ringing both in to see the difference and telling me it's only a few cents, somewhere between $.50-$1.00, difference over and over. She never refunded it, never apologized and never gave my receipt back. Basically stole money from me as i was charged for something i didn't want(drink) and never took. I finally drove away after the employee finally gave me my food and he appologized.
I'm concern that I paid for a service i didn't want. Worried this manager is doing the same to other customers. It can't be about time or laziness because she spent almost 5 min playing with the computer and calculator. Why not refund and re- ring my order. I don't care about the "few cents", only the fact that it was theft.

My family and I had the displeasure of interacting with a listless employee at the drive-thru window after we simply asked for the components that were missing from our order (paid components, might I add). The unhelpful individual then called over their manager, due to the fact that they lacked the basic skill of retrieving the item we paid for. We thought that the manager would bring some value to the situation, but dare I say he did not. He gaslit my family and I saying that the item we were requesting was not part of the purchase.
