Tony's Pizza And Subs — Restaurant in Brick Township

We have been loyal and well paying customers of Tonys for a long time now. We pick up and order from them often, this was the rudest and most appalling ordering experience i have ever had with a restaurant, in my life. We placed an order for 2 orders of chicken fingers which at $14 dollars each(which is crazy as is)i expect it to come without cracked off pieces of plastic covering the food.We aren’t people who call and complain..we have never given issue of any sort. Instead of just kindly accepting responsibility for food that came damaged upon delivery..the owner thought it would be more appropriate to call us liars, have an attitude, text us for proof of this slop, and offer to replace this plastic covered food as if it was charity. Find me one pizza place where the owner actually texts customers for pictures of the food for proof, and then the best part! sent out a driver tbag the food and give it back. I mean it’s laughable. We put soggy cracked containers of chicken fingers and french fries in a shoprite bag to prove something to you. Saw your response to my review on yelp, happy to upload pictures of the text you sent me asking for pictures of the food and the ring doorbell footage of your delivery driver saying “the owner asked me to take back the food, can you please bag it for me so I can take it back” but I wanted to save you that embarrassment. had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience at Tony’s Pizzeria. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting — dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned regularly. What made things worse was that I could see into the kitchen area, which was a complete mess. Counters looked unsanitary, and the floor was filthy with what appeared to be insects crawling around.

As for the food, the quality was terrible. Everything tasted old, bland, and poorly prepared — nothing like fresh pizza or Italian food should taste. It honestly felt unsafe to eat there given the overall lack of cleanliness.

This place badly needs a deep cleaning and a higher standard of hygiene both for the sake of customers and staff. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Tony’s Pizzeria to anyone until serious...

To start off The staff seemed like they couldn’t care less; they were rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in, and I have to say, it was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The crust was stale and tasteless, almost like cardboard, and the sauce was watery with no flavor at all, tasted like it came straight from a can. To make matters worse, the toppings were sparse and looked like they had been thrown on without any care.
