Wendy's — Restaurant in Brick Township

The place wasn't so busy,but when we received our food from the drive thru, the fries were not crisp or hot. We entered the place to eat and to exchange the fries. I asked one associate to change the fries, she looked annoyed and didn't reply as she walked away with the bag. She told an associate working the window,he don't want them,not what?!. Her aura was just rude and not likeable. She gave me some more fries,from out of the bin,instead of dropping a new batch. But this time they weren't as oily and were a bit warmer. The men's bathroom was clean but soap dispenser was cracked. The woman's bathroom, was disgusting as I was told,no toilet paper and feces around one of the bowls. It reeked of feces and they had enough staff to attend those issue's. One associate was told,they said ok and just walked away. Come people, if you can lean...

Just went to Wendy's on my Lunch and witness Dez the manager twice go outside to serve cats their food. She then came back in and went straight to fries. No hand washing or nothing. Then get hair is all swinging over the Fries. She keep wiping her hands on her hands as if that's sanitary. Never going back. The cashier must be racist cause the girl before me a worker he gave her a discount then gave her change in her hand. Then I'm next he decided to put it on the counter.... I wish I could give zero stars. We have a problem EVERY TIME we come here. Our real problem is that we actually keep trying with this place. We ask for specific things that sometimes have to be paid for and will don’t get it. We ask for things to be left off and it’s like they put extra of it on. I mean really? Do any of the workers here take pride in what goes out the window/ door? I even said to my boyfriend when he got home “wow that was so fast!!” WELP! No wonder why because our order was messed up!
