TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They don't even deserve 1 star. We ordered our meals through the drive thru and when we got to the window to pay and pick up our food, we presented a coupon from the Burger King app and both the manager and his rude employee told us we have to go back in line to reorder the food because supposedly we were suppose to present that coupon at the intercom. How are we suppose to know we needed to present the coupon at the intercom? Which was the question we actually asked and her response was "Well, how am I supposed to know you have a coupon?". We're already at the register where you rung up our order and you can't simply void the transaction and re add the order? You would have to void the transaction regardless to take care of the customers behind us since you're telling us we have to go back in line to present the coupon at the intercom. It does not make any sense. Neither of the two didnt even care how it was such an inconvenience for us. Went inside 2 customer service representatives Viviana and Amanda chatting with each other no customers inside or on drive up. No greetings for the customer, I asked about my order she took the number gave me cups to fill it up, then the drive up order came in they took the orderswhile making me wait again. I asked when is my turn she said nothing and then started to prepare my order. There are bunch of ad expenses being invested in order to boost the Burger King sales but this kind of poor unprofessional horrible customer service erases all the companyâs effort to succeed in their business and beat the competitors!    Read moreI recently had a disappointing experience at this location. The staff here seem incredibly lazy, and the service was painfully slow.
While I was there, I witnessed a particularly disheartening situation. A poor guy was trying to get a job or attend an interview, but the girl he spoke to was quite rude. She brushed him off, telling him to reschedule because it was a busy time. However, it was evident that the place wasn't busy at allâjust one drive-through was open, and there were hardly any people walking in.
I know this because I ended up giving the guy a ride halfway. He was just a person trying to work and earn a living, and the way he was treated was unacceptable.
