Crab Du Jour Xpress Cajun Seafood — Restaurant in Bridgeport

Ive ordered from here a total of three times and I should have learned my lesson the first but i was trying give them the benefit of doubt. The first time I ordered mussels which were over cooked and tasted like mush and the sauce tasted like grease and salt no flavor no nothing the second time I really wanted seafood and no where else was open so I thought maybe ill try them again maybe they had a bad day I ordered shrimp the sauce had a bit more flavor and overall wasn't bad the only issue was I ordered a pound of shrimp and they only have me 6 pieces of shrimp and half were mush and when I called to ask how many shrimp came in an order i was told that was normal the third and final time I decided to make my own boil and because the sauce wasn't bad the last time I had It I decided to order just the sauce when I picked up my order the container was cold and looked like they just sprinkles seasoning on top if a glob of butter and not even half full maybe 4 tsb when I asked them why they said I had to heat up the sauce myself and that they dont fill the container to make things worse the sauce tasted like butter and salt HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND GETTING...

This was my first time here i always avoided because I felt like the food wouldn't be great I feel like they missed the opportunity to make a great seafood spot since we don't have many that being said I knew it wouldn't be that good because it would've been the talk of the town for a while .. that being said I'm very disappointed in the food there's no reason if you're doing nothing but sea food everything should be made fresh .... nothing should be boxed and especially for the price that is so messed up I honestly want to bring my food back and cook 83 dollars for boxed fried food and I never asked for a meal with crab cakes I only wanted the crab cake so I was charged extra for fries I won't be eating but ill be bringing them back for my money ....also the customer service is not very good they don't explain anything to u or how anything works as far as meal and combos they will sell u everything by itself and charge extra all I wanted was a simple plate I will be posting pictures as well the food is ok season is great but shrimp is boxed very...

I’ve eaten here before and the food was great . I was feeling for seafood and decided to order … I went to pick up my food and went home when I open the bag it was so much oil it was such a turn off ! I decided to try to get rid of some of the oil but couldn’t…. I then started to eat and it was so salty that my mouth was hurting and I called the restaurant to let them know I just spent almost $90 on seafood & I can’t enjoy it because of so salt and oil they then turn to me and said no one has ever complain before I was so shock by that response I ask if I can return it they told me it’s nothing they can do and not to mention the shrimp was not clean !!! Right now I can’t even feel lip and tongue . This is poor customer service and I will never return again !!! I’m so disappointed and upset money don’t...
