The food place overcharge for terrible quality food and charge you extra and not say anything hi yes I seen u responded back but I actually didn’t I left half my meal their and did not want take it to go so pls before u comment on my review don’t lie to new costumers you are looking for it’s a terrible look for you guys and 3.50 for a lil cup with soda filled with mostly ice and pay for refill not a good model either and also this is the only dinner I been to my whole life with these extra charges like double burger and charge u for an extra cheese thts says come with the meal or get a deluxe and pay extra for a onion that says comes with it without a warning. me and my party truly regretted coming here and spending 80 dollars on terrible food where we could get better at cheese cake or even McDonald’s so pls take care and don’t take my review as a insult but as a improvement on what you guys can work on next time I’ll take the pic of the food to show what I left on my plate and show how over cooked the burger was if you guys want next time. But to be honest I wouldn’t comeback. So have a good day and don’t lie about what happen with me and my party there thank you.

This was our first time visiting galaxy diner, so I had no expectations apart from all the other diners in the area. I will say there was a warm welcome from the host at the beginning, promptly finding us a place to sit and giving us options based on our preference. We opted for the half booth half chair table and were greeted by our server swiftly. As far as the food, I ordered the Hungry Man Special, which on the menu states it comes with 2 pancakes, 2eggs any style, home fries/french fries, 2 bacon strips and 2 sausage links. At most diners in my experience, I’ll substitute the 2 bacon strips for sausage as bacon isn’t my favorite and so I was expecting 4 sausage links. When I received my plate with just 3, I politely asked the server if there was a sausage missing just in case it was a mistake. However, the server seemed to have gotten upset and proceeded to lecture me on how if I substitute the bacon for sausage, then I’ll only get a total of 3 sausages. I didn’t mind getting 3 sausages if that’s the way they operate, now I am aware, but the way she responded in a snappy tone caught me off guard. Overall food was what you would expect...

Ive been a customer here for so long I always come and get breakfast with my husband today I decided to bring my parents as well. My husband didn’t like the buffalo mac and cheese as soon as he took a bite it tasted off when we asked for it to be removed from our check or to get something else instead they refused. I believe it was the owner who spoke to us, he has a huge lack of customer service if your customers don’t like something that means they don’t like it & that’s that. He basically forced us to take it with us just for it to end up in our garbage can. I have no problem with paying for what we ordered but if we don’t like something yet you put it in a bag and tell me that it tastes fine and I should take it now that’s disrespect sir I hope you work on your attitude with future customers we own businesses too and we never treat anyone that way. I will make sure I never come back here. Our server Kathy was really nice tho she did an amazing job but because I was very frustrated I even forgot to tip her. I will definitely come back one of these days to tip her she was a sweetheart....
