Ok here we go! I've passed by this spot on several occasions and decided to give it a try...This is a great venue with plenty of potential! I like this spot. When you first walk in, it's a bright and wide open, spacious atmosphere. The "waitress/cashier/hostess was very pleasant and accommodating. She was busy, although there was just another couple having breakfast, and a single gentleman finishing up breakfast. She greeted me & motioned for me to sit where I'd like. Sitting at the hard-wood like table, she gave me the menu; honestly I didn't peruse the menu per normal. The second line down was Corned beef hash and egg. So I inquired if it was freshly prepared or that "canned stuff". She politely replied it was fresh with a little smile. I asked if the eggs could be prepared over well, & break the yolk-whole wheat toast & the order came with hash brown potatoes & (of course) coffee, which came out piping hot in a nice size mug! The coffee came out first and then the toast-buttery goodness and I asked for strawberry jelly. The waitress was very attentive but there seemed to be a bit of a language barrier! The CBH & eggs arrived, and the eggs were over easy- I immediately took them off my plate and exchanged them with my bread/toast; the yolk ran onto my hash-yukkk. I got my waitress attention and explained that I requested over well, break the yolk. She quickly removed the unwanted stuff and apologized, then proceeded to the kitchen. Within three and a half minutes she returned with the eggs correction done. The CBH appeared to be sliced, then pulled apart, mixed in some shredded potatoes. Ok-Ok. The dish was a nice portion (served on a smaller plate), the CBH and Shredded potatoes had a minimum amount if seasonigs OK. but I did taste the brine that the Corned beef was boiled in which was ok. It appear that the beef and potatoes were just mixed together with a little bit of salt and pepper. No onions or garlic was present-no smoked paprika...no crispy goodness was present from grilling the CBH. The shredded potatoes were just ok, no love was shown in the hash browns, either in seasonings or grilling. I will rate the dish (CBH) a 2.75 stars out of 5 stars and the shredded potatoes (hash browns) a 2.01 out of 5 stars. The Service was definitely a 4.80 stars out of 5 stars as well as the atmosphere. Thanks for being kind to me and I will return again! Chef Clinton I paid $15.00 for the CBH dish adding the tax and coffee came out to $19.23 and I tipped my...

A few of the customers greeted me and chatted about the place as well. I was astounded… lovely place would highly recommend it. It’s only been here a few months and it’s’ bound to...
