P 1 Juice Bar — Restaurant in Bridgeport

Been coming here for a while, occasionally, so it's not a real loss of business. Hello Wayne! Today I cancelled my order, after the attending associate proceeded to ignore me standing in front of her, and began taking the order of the ladies standing next in line. They told her and I told her I was next, and she said she thought she saw them walk in first. 😒 I ordered an XL and they were out. Because I was ready to leave, I asked for a medium and got questioned by the attending associate why I went from XL to M. Let her put down L, and then she rushed to the next customer. I took a beat, and then asked her to cancel my order because I wasn't waiting. I was annoyed but not heated. Just took that negative experience and went to another Fav on Main St. and made sure to thank the woman who serve my oxtails efficiently and with grace. And she thanked me for thanking her. I had to steep myself in some gratitude to prevent my down-turning attitude. I don't need to chop it up with you, you really don't even have to smile at me, but acting like you don't see me about to pay for a product or service is something outside my comfort level...

There are no fillers or junk just natural fruits and vegetables. Each order is made right there and then. I honestly don't know how this place makes any money they do not skimp on anything. If you are impatient or in a big hurry, don't go here but if you want quality product. You have to wait your turn. Sometimes the wait is up to 20 minutes. It is not a fast food place.It's a high quality real juice bar With no pre made mixes. They don't fill your cup with ice either.It's just juice or smoothies made of vegetables Or fruits there are supplements if you want.It's a wide variety and reasonable price. They also have vegan ice cream and veggie jamaican patties. Parking is difficult if you don't pre plan.Or know the neighborhood, There. Is a little counter. You can eat at but mostly it is takeout. This place is in one in a million gem. If you like healthy real food it's always fresh and you will not be disappointed. Absolutely...

Horrible, horrible service! Waited in line for almost 10 min. during that time, no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence or others that entered the store! On top of waiting in line for so long, the guy working behind the counter bypassed me and took the person behind me in line smh?! He speculated if I was next after an I voiced I was here first. Even the lady behind me confirmed to him that I was next. Ridiculous!

Highly unprofessional and gives black owned buisness a bad name! Absolutely disgraceful. I told him to forget the order and walked out. Do yourself a favor and save some time. If you’re in the mood for a smoothie try: Fruta Deli downtown on Lafayette Blends Juices on 2527 Main st Or even take the drive to Robeks in Fairfield

At least you know they will be professional and polite. Or make your own smoothie at home. Anything is better than this...
