Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bridgeport

Im a regular at said restaurant on 186 north ave bridgeport ct. I ordered my food online at 634pm and my order was suppose to be ready at 655pm 7pm. I ended up getting to the restaurant at about 645pm. I knew I still had to wait since it wasn't my time. When I arrived one employee with dreads went on his break I believe. At 720 that employee that left came back to the restaurant smelling badly like Marijuana. He went behind the counter took off his jacket and started cutting a pizza which ended up being mine without even washing his hands. So at 725 I asked another employee and African American guy may I have a refund because I'm honestly tired of waiting. I told him my name and he gave me bad attitude just wait I'm making pizzas. I told him I ordered my food at 635pm and said no you ordered it at 655pm which was a lie because that's when order was suppose to be ready. I tried to show him on my phone my order and he said I don't want to see your phone. I respectfully just said I just want my refund. He gave me my recipient, and I left. That was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There was also a lady on her phone the entire time. This was just awful. As much as I love that place, it'll be a long time before or even ever go back...

I did a mobile order and I went to pick up my food. Usually they're still making my order. This time my order was waiting for me behind the counter, not in the pickup kiosk. I stood there for like 25 minutes staring at my food while the person just kept doing what they were doing. When she finally acknowledged people at the front, she skipped right over me to other people. When she finally addressed me, I told her to keep it. I will never go back there again. WORST location ever. IT should just shut down if nobody wants to work there and the people who do work there seem miserable and mean. I've noticed this type of treatment before and now I'm done with...

Today I arrived at this location to pick up an order that was already paid for. There is a sign on the door that says TOO HOT CLOSED COME BACK AFTER 4. ... i arrived at 7:30 and the door is locked. There is a man inside not acknowledging me at the door and won't even look at me. Other people arrived at the door to pick up orders that were already paid for and the man told us all to GO AWAY! He is inside on his cell phone, accepting orders on grubhub and the little Ceasars website then not giving the food to the customers. THIS IS THEFT. The employee working june 19, 2025 needs to be fired immediately. Rude and making your location look...
