Ribs burnt and old. You could tell because when you bite the bone looks like they been around for a good while. Greasy Lo Mein. Just too much Oil .Horrible. Came from Trumbull. They expect you to come back and return the food. Donated money. They robbed my blind. Lesson check your food before you leave. Only thing that was attractive was the take out bag but i wouldn't give an extra star for that.🤮

The presentation was great!!! The prices are reasonable!!! Customer Service was good!!! Good portions for the price...The food is ok!!! The lo mein was really greasy, boneless ribs were dry, chicken hard...It's typical Chinese food...1st time I have had chinese food since the pandemic hit so maybe it's just been too long & my taste buds are different now.

If I could give -1 I would. I used to love this place, I didn't even had a problem when they incresed the price. However the quality of the food and service has been a downfall. And now I found on the bottom of my chicken and broccoli a piece of plastic!?!? Never ever again. Please save your money and go elsewhere

I ordered boneless spare ribs with broccoli for an additional 1.00. Got 4 pieces of broccoli, okay. As expected for 1 dollar. Not my issue. The boneless spare ribs were saturated in grease!! I've ordered many times from here and had no issue until today. It was like having a grease soup with spare ribs. Disgusting! Rice was great! Eggrolls were great! Garlic sauce to dip my eggrolls in was great! But the spring rolls were NOTHING but cabbage and when I called to explain all the greasey soupyness with my boneless, along with the shrimp rolls, she woman told me, and I quote, "we can't do nothing about that. The rolls come frozen." Okay. So what about my saturated boneless!? I'll refund you...attitude and all! After getting her attention about my not so good experience this time, she took my info to refund me and hung up in my face. No apology, nothing. Just very rude! Still waiting for refund! Never again will I order here! And it's so sad to say because they were my favorite...

The lady in the front was very freaking rude very rude and apparently from the reviews this is a problem she should be fired apparently people don't care that jobs are hard to come by and they like to play with theirs The owner needs to do something about it cuz clearly your customers are complaining and you're losing customers that you've had over decades This is crazy I'm one of them I will never order from them ever in life again there's too many Chinese restaurants out here for y'all to be acting like you're the only one in the world and can't be replaced you want to lose money this is the way you're going to do it you will be out of business in the next 5 years if you keep hiring and allowing people like that in the front of your store...

Kitchen Number one should be called Kitchen Number Two because their food is fitting for the toilet! I have tried to give this place a chance twice now because they are open late and this is convenient for me, but it's just not worth it. Worst beef and broccoli ever - the sauce was not what I was expecting, it had a sweet taste to it and the broccoli was bitter, which I never knew was possible. Beef teriyaki sticks were very dry like shoe leather and extremely small for the price. $18.00 for two items...come on. I gladly pay more if something is good, but this ain't it. There are lots of other much better places to go - take your money elsewhere, there is no doubt you can get better food for a much...
