Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Bridgeport

Horrible experience!!! STORE OWNER PLEASE VISIT THIS STORE! I waited 20 min on the drive thru to place my order. Once I finally got to order the lady who took the order said they had no drinks to go with the orders and when I asked for the chicken nugget order they said to wait 15 mins and to wait on the parking lot. I drove to the parking lot and waited for 2p additional minutes (by the way she never gave me my receipt and said that she needed it so she can know I was still waiting for my order) after waiting so long I walked inside the store and she said she forgot about my order and that I had to wait additional 8 minutes. There were about 9 cars outside on the drive thru and about 9 people inside. The workers were slow inside and very old. The really loud lady who said she forgot my order said she couldnt give me my receipt to show how much I paid her and made up a lie. So I asked for a refund. This place is horrible. THE WORKERS NEED MORE TRAINING AND MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO HIRE A RESPONSIBLE MANAGER THAT ACTUALLY WANTS TO WORK. Awful customer service and incorrect items were received. First, after placing my mobile app order 10 minutes before arriving to Popeyes and sitting another 10 minutes in the drive thru line, I was told without any reason by the manager to enter the store. I had to pull out of line cross the street to turn around and park in the lot. I went inside and no one was available to speak with me for 5 more minutes. Finally, someone took my order that they clearly hadn't even started to prepare until that minute. The staff was very unprofessional and rude, even ignoring customers around me. This lady took another 10 minutes to prepare my order and I left and headed home. When I arrived home, I realized my order was completely wrong. I ordered the limited edition "voodoo" chicken 3pcs with a side of fries and an order of mild chicken 3pcs with a side of rice and beans. She only gave me TWO orders of mild chicken and NO rice and beans, instead 2 bags of fries. So sleazy and messed up. As a side note, the biscuits that came with the meal were also stale. I am extremely disappointed and upset with the time and money...

The way the staff runs this place is a literal joke. They never got half of what you're ordering and they don't even give you what you asked for. God forbid you go inside because the drive-thru is packed. Inside is pure pandemonium. No type of order whatsoever and then employees argue with one another in front of the customers. They straight disrespect customers as if they were out in the street. Got the nerve to catch an attitude when they're completely in the wrong. This one chick couldn't understand a Jamaican man with an accent so rather than saying I'm sorry I can't understand you she's screwfaces him and says what?! No kind of respect for people whatsoever. I absolutely hate coming here and I get mad at myself every time I do. I'm willing to drive all the way to Stratford or Milford before I come here again. This is literally the worst Popeyes...
