As a small business, I’d never ever ever give another small biz a bad rating unless they really did something to upset me and yesterday, they did just that. I’ve been going to tutti mango for months to get their delicious pressed juices and never had a problem. Today my best friend and I went in there for water after our run. She charges me a little over $2. Who charges for water out of a poland spring jug? I then see the sign that says “free fresh water ask for ice.” Now, I’m as white as can be but little does she know, i understand a little Spanish. She clearly thought I didn’t because I said to her…. Free fresh water and you charge me for it? She goes “oh uhh….thats uhh…different….” How exactly is that different? You gave me a small cup of water and put a little ice in it. You thought I couldn’t understand Spanish so it was okay to charge someone for WATER. How dumb and petty is that? Not to mention discriminatory. I know it’s only $2 but that’s not the point. I’m sorry, but I will no longer ever be coming here and will not recommend to my clients either. Can’t get behind a business that discriminates.
tutti mango owner:
“On special days we make "Aguas Frescas" and hand it out for free, we don't erase it from our small chalkboard because it's too much of a hassle to be re-writing it every other day.” First off : THIS is how you “apologize” to someone who was (now a former) regular customer? Two: Then maybe you should hire more qualified employees who can perform job duties properly OR gently remind them of their daily tasks / train the employee to do such an easy task such as erasing a chalkboard because look what this caused. I have NO problem whatsoever with and highly respect ANYONES culture, her failure to explain what exactly this meant caused this as well. The fact that you’re turning this around to make it sound like you were the one discriminated against is astounding. You can best believe I’ll...
Read moreHello, as I’m writing this review, I would like to make it be known that I am not trying to bring this business down or make it lose customers—I just want to share my experience and let people know about the price and quality of the mangonadas.
The spot itself is nice, and the workers are friendly. But I was honestly surprised to be charged $13 for a mangonada. For that price, I expected it to be amazing, but the mangoes didn’t have much flavor and there was barely any sauce. I even had to ask for more, which kind of threw me off—if I’m paying that much, I shouldn’t have to ask for anything extra.
And please don’t hit me with the “you’re paying for quality” argument, because this wasn’t it. I’ve had way better mangonadas for $7 at other places, and never had a bad experience.
If a place is going to charge $13, the quality should match. Just my...
Read moreOrdered the high five with ginger online. When i got there i was given the wrong order so i had to wait for mine to be made. He said it didn’t go through the system. The store was clean and it was a peaceful atmosphere. Didn’t really like the way the lady behind the counter kept looking at me like i did something wrong though the young gentlemen was very friendly.
The smoothie itself did the job. I had a headache and it cured it right away. There were still bulks of lettuce in it probably some stems too. One plus is that they give you a big smoothie when you order the large. Is it work almost $15 you have to decide...
