Serafina's Pizza — Restaurant in Bridgeville

I have been a customer since Serafina's was originally located in South Fayette. With the pandemic, I am making conscious efforts to support our community's small businesses.

I've always been a fan of the Sicilian (Square) Pizza, especially the crust, but the other evening it was different. It was as light as a feather and it was delicious. The crust has always been good, with a bit of denseness, but Sunday, it was like eating a completely "guilt-free" crust. For the pizza crust connessieurs out there, it was a "religious experience".

My only complaint, this has happened twice now, was the lack of mushrooms on the pizza. Good amount of pepperoni, but hardly any mushrooms and some pieces had none at all. I don't know if it is the same person working, but a little more mushrooms would be nice.

As far as some of the other items on the menu, I have my favorites - the Steak and Italian hoagies are always my favorite. The hoagies are plentiful and a good size. You are getting your bang...

First of all, employees are always polite, friendly, and always say thank you. We always get take out pizza, hoagies, and wings. I know everyone likes their own style of pizza, but our favorite is Serafino's. Crust not too thin or too thick and does not get soggy with toppings. We love the hoagies. We usually get italian, but today we tried a steak hoagie and it was delicious. Plenty of meat and cheese with a little bit of hot peppers added to the toppings on the Italian hoagie. I am not a big hot peppers fan, but this little touch adds a just the right amount of kick. Wings great. We get garlic parm. Nice change for those who don't care for hot wings. We try other places but always end up coming back...

What an outstanding experience we had at Serafina's. The food was second to none. The pizza had a rich zesty sauce with unique flavor that comes from the choice blend of tomato and precise spices held to the chefs own pocket. All of the hoagies are equally as decadent and backed to perfection. Twas an excellent experience in dining and we will certainly be back for more....much more. Thank You for your great service and excellent food, all served in a clean and inviting...
