Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bridgewater Township

Convenient for me because I work the area. Staff is efficient. Tends to be very busy on weekday mornings. They they try to play the psychic and guess what you wish to order based on your last visit, which is annoying. The coffee is often less than stellar and seems watered down. Maintenance of the restrooms is subpar..there always seems to be an issue of some kind. The hand dryer in the men's room has a large start button that needs to be held down for what seemed like ten seconds in order for it to start and continue running. Really inconvenient when you've got wet hands. The morning sun here is very strong, blinding sometimes since the facade of the building faces due east. There are times when you literally cannot sit down without needing sunglasses. My advice to the management; guys, how about busting loose a few sheckles from the profits of your watered down coffee and investing in some blinds or shades for the windows...and replace the...

We visited this Dunkin Donuts today. There were 2 female employees working. The girl that took our order was not listening to what we were saying, so I had to practically yell out the food order. We received a bagel sandwich that was dry & burnt, rubbery bacon, and the egg was not very tasty. We received the coffee order of another customer, but the girl behind the register said nothing to us. We noticed it was the wrong coffee, then she acted like it was OUR FAULT that the cashier handed us the wrong coffee. The ladies here are exceptional. I come basically every morning for coffee and the egg white omlet on an english muffin.... i had an issue w my credit card one morning.... the card company put a hold on it for fraud that i didnt know about...utterly embarrassing. The ladies know where i work and know i routinely come in for the same thing... they let me take my food and come in at a later date to pay the balance. I work very long hours about 6 days a week. These ladies make me smile everytime i come in. They are always so positive and make your food to your liking and coffee is always on point... hard to find that nowadays... i highly recommend coming here you will never be...
