First thing I want to say I love Wawa in general - the food selection, their prices are fair for portions, offering various options to all types of consumers - BUT this location specifically read on -
I was excited that they were in the process of building a Wawa locally in Bridgewater a few years ago to find until this day how terrible their customer service has become and does not offer many options of food as standard as other Wawa locations because they have become “too busy” according to in-store management and seems to be disregarded by what your upper management has implemented.
Maybe your corporation should consider expanding in the territory as the Wawa experience at this location as become complete trash.
Your colleagues look miserable, customer service follows with snarky remarks, your location can’t offer foods that are 24/7 at pretty much every other location - I find that the District Leader must be disregarding any feedback, as I have called your customer service line, with sincere understanding from your representatives and told that I will be reached out/the situations would be escaladed.
Well? I recieved nothing. Do you care about your customers or your valuable store because of your business? There are way too many people at this location because it’s one if the only serving multiple towns.
Maybe you should care about all feedback? I know others feel the same of quality of service at this location and do not give business for the reasons above.

Read moreI started noticing in the past week or so that some flavors of coffee have been closing and not being made after a certain time...Today I went at 5pm and the Cuban Roast, which is my favorite has been closed...I asked the customer service employees Jessica, who was fantastic, why so early is it NOT available...Mind you, no matter what time of day or middle of the night I've never had any but a very hot cup of Cuban roast coffee, which tells me that it's very popular and always backed up with another pot right behind it ready to go...Jessica proactively asked me if I wanted her to make a pot, of course I said no initially I would've chose something else, but she said no let me make it for you because it is popular and others will want it as well...I asked to speak to the manager on duty and I spoke to Zachary, also another very pleasant employee to speak with and explained why certain flavors are closing early...Pot of coffee is less than $.50 to make I'm sure, so even if it's half wasted, Wawa makes plenty on each cup...The biggest point is that I had a very nice conversation with Zachary and voiced my concern and opinion and he offered a free cup of coffee to compensate for me waiting the 3 minutes for a pot to be made, but mkost important be a use i gave kudos to Jessica....Thank you both for being custokmer service friendly, I understand what it's like in a fast paced and very busy store and they handled my concern very...
Read moreGreetings all!! This is BETTY MOORE and this is a very busy time of the season working at UPS and I frequent WaWa regularly. Although on a week with 10-12 hour shifts and very tired tonight. I went to purchase my lunch and was very disappointed with the way it was made came back to my job and had to come again because the first order was never thrown away and I picked what appeared to be my order on the counter where completed food orders are placed. First visit no apology just excuses of why my food was made in such a way by this female person on midnight shift. The order was made over by a male employee although like I stated the old order remained on the counter for pick up. I’ve worked retail many years and when I make an error I state to the customer how it will be corrected. A male employee did rectify the situation, at this point my appetite was gone from walking to and from the store within my lunch time. I told the young man after being annoyed appreciate him making it over and returning my money. The lady I told her she will remember this night do unto others as you would want them to do unto you from one good hand to another especially knowing I am always pleasant when I go to this WaWa store.
