💥Cardboard crust pizza, unsalted, rubbery fries, chicken jerky on our sub, and rude staff. . . This place was a huge disappointment. Our party of 4 walks in, and one of the two women behind the counter say, "Wait, I'll be with you." They have many options on the menu - but our food was very DISAPPOINTING. My Ceasar salad had parmesan powder cheese on it. When i asked about it, the waitress said if I looked for the powder cheese, I would see it. 🤔The chicken sub had chicken that looked more like a jerky dog treat.(picture below)😵‍💫 Our pizza slices looked like LITERAL cardboard with cheese poured over it.🤮I had never seen anything like it. The tomato on the sub had the hard bottom piece on it, and the fries were like short, rubber pieces. Our fries had no salt at all. Also, the ceiling is painted black (it has a dingy feel), and the music was obnoxious. On the way out, we saw 4 pitchers of soda or tea that had been sitting out on a counter for over an hour, not covered at all. I wouldn't waste money here again. *The extremely thin piece of meat in the picture below is the entire piece of chicken from half the sub.🫢 I usually always try to say something positive about a place, but I can't think of anything. . .Don't waste your money!! **I would recommend 'Vito's Pizza Pie' in McGaheysville if you have the time. It's about 20 minutes from Bridgewater.

This restaurant has very good customer service along with very good food that was worth the amount of money I paid for it. I really did enjoy the interior decorations also along with the music and plenty of space in between tables. I would highly recommend this restaurant to people who live in Bridgewater Virginia and even outside of Bridgewater Virginia if they want to have good food along with a good time!

This is a good place to visit. We were 13 people in our group. They arranged for a formal seating and served the food very quickly. The food was tasty and not too heavy on the pocket. Would definitely recommend it for their pastas and pizza and dont forget to try the their spicy chicken wings.

We went for Sunday brunch. Most of our party got the buffet. So, once the waiter finally took our orders we were able to eat. The brunch buffet isn't huge but it is sufficient and everything tastes good. It consists of breakfast food, pizza, and salad. It wasn't very crowded when we started eating around 11:15 AM but was filling up by the time we left. Our waiter was overwhelmed and not friendly. All he had to do was a few refills (most of us got water so he gave us a pitcher), pick up plates, and bring out one order from the menu. The person who ordered off the menu waited so long for his food that he decided to just get something off the buffet and take his order to go. This was definitely the worst service I've had at Francesco's. I'm sure they are understaffed, but it was really bad. The waiter was tripping over chairs and banging into things and seemed angry to be working. I actually felt bad for him. He was just very unpleasant. Thankfully the food was good and we were able to have a nice family outing. The rest of the staff seemed friendly...

I used to really enjoy eating at this restaurant, had not been there in quite some time so placed a Carry our order for dinner this evening. I went from the online menu and purchased an order of Mozzarella Sticks and a large cheese pizza. I got the order home and was shocked to open the box of mozzarella sticks to see 5 little mozzarella sticks sitting on brown lettuce. Paying $10 for 5 little mozzarella sticks was definitely beyond disappointing, and then to "Garnish" them with brown lettuce made them even less appealing. They did not have much taste to them so unfortunately went into the trash. The pizza had a chemical taste to it and my other half said it was disgusting and he didn't even eat a full piece. I am still trying to get this awful taste out of my mouth. He is not typically that picky about pizza but he was not happy with the quality of this one. We will not be returning to get dine in or carry out. Sad that this place has...
