Saturday late morning, a very busy time, and we are all herded into the self checkout to pay for their overpriced foodstuffs. Not one real person available to take our money. Thousands of employees pushing the bigass blue karts gathering groceries for someone, not one of them can lift up their countenance and say hello to a customer. Thousands of new gimmicks to get you to buy More, under the guise of Save A Dollar If You Buy Ten Of These Similar Stickered Items. PURPOSEFULLY CONFUSING! EITHER PUT SOMETHING ON SALE OR DONT!!! STOP TRYING TO CONFUSE. Really getting sick of this place.

The store overall isn't bad but I do wish the employees at the deli counter would learn how to wrap the pre sliced meats without covering up the zip. It's a shame I have to go home and put it in my own Ziploc bag because you have to destroy theirs just to get into it.

Customer service closed more often than it's open. The manager (gentleman) walked by to the 4 of us waiting for someone to maybe come back and said sorry you're out of luck.

Long time shopper at this location, and have referred many coworkers and neighbors. That has ended. Since the remodel the store is understocked, messy, and full of new employees who have no sense of customer service and are VERY rude, particularly in the meat department. The store management has been made aware of this complaint by myself and several other customers in my presence, and completely blow it off with comments like "we all try our best". Not even a hint that the complaints are taken seriously or there's any intention of trying to improve. The meat department, which had the best meat case in the County, as far as I'm concerned, is now terribly stocked, often has dried up discolored meat, and some of the nastiest new employees I have ever experienced in a store. The smell coming from the fish counter is horrific, and has been complained about by myself and numerous customers in my presence. The staff says there's a drain under the counter that they just can't resolve the issue of it smelling...hard to believe. Today I was the only customer at the Murray's Cheese counter, and was completely ignored by two employees for almost five minutes. I twice asked for help and they wouldn't even look up. I put the product back on their shelf and said something appropriate to the situation, and they still didn't acknowledge me. I'm done giving the store time to overcome their growing pains. Management higher up than the store needs to step in and shape them up or they will have wasted a lot of money and resources with the expansion that was done. Nearly every time I'm in the store I hear someone complaining about some aspect of their experience as I leave and head to the...

Ive shopped here for the last 5+ years weekly. Downhill slide since the remodel and it ain't over.

No cahsiers and all U-scan suck, but I can deal if i have to. What I can no longer deal with is the Deli. As a major profit center for the store, you'd think management would want to fix it, but nope. They're either never open or the servers are very rude, act as I'm an inconvenience and refuse to change the slicer thickness settings. Wasn't the case 2+ years ago.

After stopping in and not having any one behind the counter several times, I finally switched to online pickup. It was great for the first month or so...but the last 4 to 5 weeks I have specifically put thinly sliced on my order. What i get is lunchmeat that is sliced at around 1/8" thick, and that is not an exaggeration. Think spiral sliced dearborn ham - that aint thin. Excellent service, 30 to 40 bucks on lunch meat to have it essentially so thick I have to cut it with a knife rather than being able to eat on a sandwich. Also awesome that instead of enough lunch meat to spread over a week's worth of sandwiches I have enough to make like 3 because each slice is 1/4 lin mass.

And the bonus round? Some of the produce in the online orders I've been getting is basically rotten. Like cauliflower with flies, super bruised bananas, and wrinkled tomatoes.

Firstworld problems I know...but shopping here is like paying to beat yourself down...now actively searching for another store. Corporate should really assess management here. Short term maybe profits will go up but long term you're driving people...

December 28 28, 2023. I stood on the phone with customer service and grocery for 20 minutes. I had to call three different times to reach someone to answer my question where old English cheese spread is located. Nobody was in the customer service desk couldn’t answer and there was no manager around to do anything to help me out. I am a an angry Kroger card, carrying Customer. All I wanted to do was to find a simple cheese spread in the store. When I interested a store, the cashier running the registers pointed me in the wrong direction to cheese, where there was no glass jar cheese located anywhere. I then contacted the service desk because of visually impaired, and, I was put on hold three times for a total total of 20 minutes and decided to get shopping here. I am livid. The excuse that the customer service told me that she had people waiting in line and she couldn’t help me Blue my top because it already been talking to her for 20 minutes so obviously, I do not matter to this company and I am extremely disappointed. It’s going to be a cold day in hell Michigan before I come back here and use my Kroger card. I simply cannot believe the attitude of these people are usually love this Kroker forget it and go to Hartland or Howell I don’t need Brighton.

To my 2,000,000+ viewers I wish all of you a happy new year and I hope your shopping goes much better than mine....
