Let’s start with the good.Today was the first time I have been inside Burger King to Dine-In since the remodel; it looks great. Unfortunately that was the only nice thing I can say positive about this store in Brighton. It’s not a secret that the customer service has a lot to be desired for awhile now and the food ehhh I guess it depends on the day. Honestly hardly eat at BK for the fact it’s not consistent and I rather not waste my money or time on something that’s not worth it. Today well standing in line waiting to order I witnessed a man go up to the counter because his sandwich was frozen or cold (not sure which one) when he asked for another one the associate rudely and unapologetic explained they didn’t have any available and the ones they did have were frozen and would take 20 mins to thaw. She then hand the audacity to say, “I don’t know what you want me to do about it”. Seriously!!!!! What the heck!?! I know it’s a fast food job but no one deserves to be treated that way. Treat others the way you want to be treated Burger King Employees. I felt so bad for this gentleman he looked back because he knew the people in the line had witnessed that scenario and I apologized on their behalf. I’ve worked in fast food and this is far from how I would ever treat a customer. He then went back and asked for a different sandwich and thankfully another employee helped him and did apologize. I didn’t catch the young blondes name that helped him initially but I hope she shapes up. As I said no one deserves to be treated like that, no...
Read moreWell this is a rare time in my posting life.
This was absolutely the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The food was horribly cooked the bread was stale, the fries were way under-cooked and not good. The patties were also stale and seemed to be sitting out too long.
I am usually a fan of Burger King and I have to tell you I was gravely disappointed in this location.
We had two cars in front and it took 30 minutes to get through to the bag of not good food. Major water if time & funds 💵
This is the second time that I've had a bad meal from this place. I usually believe in giving somebody a second chance bc anybody can have a bad day and serve a bad meal.
Today if I could give a ranking of zero that's what would have happened. I'm sorry for saying that.
I doubt that I will come back to this place after multiple times of having a seriously subpar food service.
I am thinking it reflects ownership thus management. You can't have this absence of quality with our a sense of detail and care.
The Burger King in Fort Lupton seems to be a lot more dialed in and the one on 104th & Washington as well.
Plz consider where you spend your hard-earned dollars and NO, I don't work for a competitor. Just a fellow American trying to give counsel to those who have minimal...
Read moreI have been to this Burger King 4 times in the past 2 months, today being the most recent. All 4 were awful! The first time, they said their computers were down and it would be 40 minutes until they rebooted, and could not sell food until then. The next time I waited for over 10 minutes and got cold food... not warm food, it was like it had been refrigerated, inedible. The third time, about a week ago I saw the car 2 in front of me pull off from the speaker, so I listened to them when they greeted the person in front of me. They said, 'Welcome to Burger King, we're out of..." and listed everything from burgers to fried food to drinks. Today I decided to give them 1 last chance. It took 5 minutes before they were ready to take my order, and another 15 in the drive thru waiting to get it, but it was accurate and hot when I checked. Finally! I thought... I get home and open my Whopper to find 2 small bites taken off of the meat patty!!! I don't know if this was an employee having a laugh or if they have a pest problem, but I will never go to this BK location again!! ...
